I always get an MVP haircut for $30 and I always give a $5 tip. However, yesterday an employee swindled me into the ultimate MVP without my knowledge. When it came time for the hot towel and hair wash, she finished washing my hair and said, 'Would you like another hot towel and some conditioner?' not telling me that would cause my haircut to go up to $35. It's truly not about the money, but price transparency is everything to me. Had she said it would be $5 more, I would have declined or possibly accepted, since she would have been honest. But she wasn't, and I'm highly disappointed. Mooresville Sports Clips was my favorite spot to get a haircut; however, I will be going out of my way from now on to go somewhere else. You all lost a customer because of the dishonesty.
