Founded by Aliese and Annie koontz. Aliese is head housekeeper, and director of operations. Annie is the CEO and takes care of the behind the scenes. Aliese was a cleaner for a hotel for about 3 years and found passion in cleaning. She decided that share her organizational expertise as much as possible would be fulfilling, owning Friendly & spotless cleaners, is the perfect way to accomplish that feeling.

We requested a move-out clean for a bank-owned home and Aliese booked us in quickly and completed the job incredibly! She was super responsive and even sent photos of her completed work. The clean took her longer than expected and she still charged exactly as quoted. Definitely will hire her again! read more
