Our only option was to call him as he provided a road side service. He arrived on time as promised and on a saturday to boot and went right to work. In about an hour he had the problem diagnosed and was making repairs. He is a down to earth repairman who didn't try to over sell or confuse his customer but rather focused on the problem and had it repaired in a timely manner. Technicians of his caliber and honesty are rare and hard to find but he definitely is knowledgeable and honest when it comes to repairing trailers. They won't answer when we call, they won't call us back. I then called from another location they answered! All promises and 'we'll call you back!" Then they don't. I told them we have children and pets! I'm sure this is a health code violation. Then they had the nerve to mail us an invoice! I would recommend NOT using this company at all. They don't stand behind their work and treat their customers horribly.

Yes - the lid had broken, but as they are cast concrete and do deteriorate with age this does occasionally happen. He showed me where the corner of one of your lids was chipped and might need replacing in the future. Next time I need the tanks drained I will call this company.
