He had great energy and was genuinely friendly and personable, and he made our checkout experience so enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how he took the time to engage with all three of my kids. He asked them if they were ready to go back to school and actually chatted with them rather than just rushing us through the line. They loved it, and he honestly made their day too. It's not often that someone makes that much of an impression during such a quick interaction, especially in a store that busy, but Caleb absolutely did. His positive attitude made the chaos a little more enjoyable for our whole family. I really hope the Brunswick management team sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves. The store is extremely clean and organized. Sections of the store are clearly indicated so that you find what you need from a distance. I love their selection of fresh sandwiches, beef jerky, fudge, and candied nuts. They have a large area outside where you can let your pets go potty and there is a good supply of poop bags, and trash receptacles. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Definitely worth the stop if you're passing through.

We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. We immediately stopped the signing process due to this discrepancy. Despite us not completing or approving the final numbers, the paperwork was submitted without our signatures reflecting the correct agreed-upon amount. We gave Jeff and the dealership three weeks to correct the issue before writing this review, but nothing was resolved. This experience has caused serious concerns about transparency and integrity in the finance process. We are extremely disappointed and would advise anyone working with Jeff to carefully review every document before signing.

You have options to get a membership and get as many washes as you want, the employees will give your vehicle a pre scrub before going through the wash, and when your wash is finished they have plenty of room for you to park your car and use the vacuums. They also offer pre moistened micro fiber cloths so you can dry off any water the fans didn't dry completely. All in Alll solid car wash location if that is what you are looking for.
