The employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I did two loads of laundry for about $7 and was in and out in around an hour. Honestly, I'd come back just to wash bigger items like comforters since my own machines always struggle with bedding. Definitely a great first laundromat experience!

Laundry Matters has been a life saver! For a per-pound price, they pick up all my laundry (they provide the laundry bags) and return it, impeccably washed and folded/hung, the next day. They even text me with a pickup/drop off time window that is remarkably accurate. Their customer service is excellent. They have been totally responsive to every request. I couldn't be happier! The nice wide, front door automatically slides open incase you have your hands full. Once you walk in there is a large, open walk-in area. I found a table to sit my stuff down and walked around to get oriented. They have a mixture of small, medium and large washers but for the sheer size of the building I can envision someone coming in when they're busy and not finding one in the size they need available. Instead of cramming washers back-to-back you'll find separate tables on the back side of some. All the dryers are located on one wall-different sizes but same price. The small washers are $3.25 and the dryers are 8 mins for each $0.25, however, they have 2 small washers with a small sign above them (easy to miss) that allow you to wash in COLD WATER ONLY for $1.00! They also have 2 medium sized washers that allow cold water only for just $2.00! They have a handful of washers & dryers that also take DEBIT/CREDIT cards. I wish I would have seen that and the cold water discount before I got $8.00 in quarters bc it only took me $2.00 TOTAL to wash and dry a small load. :) I did not explore the back where they have vending machines and restrooms but they looked nice and modern. They have a total of 3 flat-panel tvs, one for each wall, High tech security cameras and their FREE WI-FI actually worked and was fast enough for me to watch live videos on my iPad. There really isn't anything negative to say about this place other than it's on the opposite side of town from me lol but I'll definitely keep coming back!

I still had another garment with them and when i went to pick it up i just didn't have the damaged garment with me. I never refused, he's lying. I said i needed to understand the process and what they would do (I'm nervous about it getting further damage) but he kept repeating that i refused to bring it back which never was the case. When i spoke to him he referred to using other chemicals to determine the cause of the issue and I'm not necessarily keen on them doing stuff i don't understand at this point. He wanted to overtalk me and not listen. Thats why i don't feel comfortable anymore. Why wouldn't i bring it back if that's how i get made whole? He's not making sense. I feel completely let down by these guys after using them exclusively for at least 4 years. They didn't call me back for 2 weeks after damaging a very expensive garment, insinuated that I'm making it up, and accused me of refusing to bring it back. I would've had no problem doing so had i understood the process/remedy but i don't really want them messing up my stuff even more. When talking to Brett about my apprehensions , he was very dismissive and unprofessional. He even stopped listening and it turned into a confrontation bc he would laugh at me while I'm talking as if my situation is funny. I don't feel comfortable working with him/them anymore.
