I'm about as religious as a shoebox, but have no bad things to say about this superb Catholic institution of higher learning. Major praise for this Midwestern university!

After he died, I realized all of them were too lazy to even document his care. I came here to donate blood. It would have been my first experience but unfortunately, it didn't…read morehappen. My husband came with me to "interp" for me in case I did not understand the people there. I wasn't able to lip read them so my husband interpretation for me until it was time to ask me questions in tiny room. My husband tried to explain that he was needed since I was not able to lip read the lady or the other lady. They said no. I asked if they would write down questions and I can answer. Strangely, they said no. I said why not? They said sorry but no. You will not be able to donate. I said this wasn't right, this is violation of my rights. So I sat down and waited for my husband's turn. While waiting, I was given a number to call. Hopefully this kind of strange incident doesn't happen again.
