Friendly front office folks showed my a little video, then…read moretook me back to their factory floor where a super helpful young woman (forgot her name! been there 5 years, worked in packaging/shipping) showed me everything from raw lumber to cutting to machining to sanding to steaming to finishing. Then she went back to work but invited me to walk about and take all the pictures and videos I desired. As a woodworker myself it was a great experience! Most of the items here are in a nice sweet spot where they look nice (not like cheap toys) at a reasonable price. For example, I bought a violin here for $15. It looked nice, but didn't cost an arm and a leg. The owner is very helpful. She doesn't have a website but will email pictures of things if you tell her what you are looking for. The main negative is that this place is a little hard to find. The first time I went there I drove around the block about 3 times before I spotted it. They aren't open everyday so check their hours before you go.

A lovely employee helped us locate the aisle and helped us look for the gummy bear beads. Once we found them they were a pretty good price for the amount you are getting. Thankfully the staff here has always been friendly and willing to help customers find exactly the right product for whatever they are working on. I'm not into crafts but from time need to stop in and buy something for little projects that I'm working on, most recently for a special tool to help me rebuild coils on ecigarettes. Even for those of us that aren't into crafts it's amazing some of the small things they carry that are exactly what we need to finish a project totally unrelated to crafts.
