Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! On no planet does this place deserve the negative reviews it's getting…read more I was brand new to Glo and its structure when I walked in yesterday and I feel like a knowledgeable professional after the information I was given. The girls were so incredibly kind, love their jobs, and know what they're doing very well. I couldn't even come up with questions because they give you the answers first. I'd call it affordable but if it's a stretch for some that's understandable- it's an incredible deal for all the services you get. They were more than happy to let me experience all I could while I was there. I'm amazed that you can just scan your membership card and save your preferred settings for each bed/service. I get married in October and expressed my concerns about impending tan lines that will look awful with the type of dress I have and was given an entire explanation of the benefits of spray tanning and all the skin care and accelerators I can utilize to get the results I want. Great vibes, incredibly clean, the type of place that feels like you're hanging out, not being rushed. I am so excited to get off work and head to my self care spot. I was running late and called ahead. She said there was nobody after me and could wait, but told me to "hurry up and to take another route" and this was when I was only about 8 minutes late. I said I respect her time and I can come in anytime later in the day or anytime the next morning. I was still charged a fee for the cancellation -- even though it was her suggestion. I had been looking forward to using their services, but now I don't feel comfortable booking here again. I wish the customer service matched the hype, because I was genuinely excited to support them. She will not make it in this industry with her rudeness and lack of respect for customers.
