This by far the worst place to work for. I tried to work for them for a year and within that year…read morewe went thru 4 office teams and 3 maintenance teams. Regional Lisa will make anything that goes on anyone faults but hers. she's racist to her own people and very unprofessional. I decided to just leave and go work right next door where the property is taken care of and affordable and where the residents matters. Princeton place has people paying lights and water at they units and maybe they neighbors unit because the units are connected. I knw for sure 1204 water is connected 1224 cause I did work in it and when I turned the water off to unit 1204 and cut the pipe the water went everywhere so I cut the water off to 1224 and it turned the water off for 1204. With all due respect this property needs to be condemned
