Getting the trailer and the set up and move in was absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen an outfit so out of sorts , from the fact of not being to obtain permits, to getting the home moved to having workers for all the aspects of the build. The fact that they do not have a separate department to handle the things that should have been handled in a timely manner. Instead we have been months waiting for them to get their act together and doing all their leg work for them. I would suggest checking with the trailer sales center to make sure that they have a Contractors licence as to speed up the process of obtaining permits and workers to speed the process.

They have coffee everyday for the residents and they are always engaging the entire family. We had a friendsgiving and they catered food for the residents! The apartments are very modern and top tier. This is a next best thing to a house. I love that it is gated, and the courtesy officer lives on the property. The leasing staff operate in excellence and customer service. There is a reason why this place has a long waiting list. It's worth it!!!

The apartments are a little outdated because they were built in the 70's and the pool doesn't stay clean all summer but overall its a great place to start out in or at least stop in for a year while you're looking for something better. Also had half my electrical circuits go out right when I moved in, but they had somebody fix the meter pretty much immediately, so no complaints there either. I didn't interact with the management much at all, except for signing the lease. They seem like perfectly fine people, and the apartments are in good shape. They also have a cockroach guy come around and spray at the beginning of each month, I think. You do have the huge tree ones come out and die in the middle of the floor at night, but other than that, no bugs.
