This use to be an amazing Doctors office but now it's like a conveyor belt, in and out with little to know interaction with the medical professionals. They seem to focus on quantity of the patients they have instead of focusing on the that are regulars and often to speak for awhile with many issues. One of them also often forgets to refill prescriptions and on occasion ask for you to come back in as tho it's the patient's fault. It would be a great office again they have amazing doctors and at one point had a great Nurse Practitioner but she left and the doctors always seemed stress to the max. I see Nurse Practitioner, Allison Moore at the Parsons location. I so appreciate the level of care and concern both she and her nurse convey. Both are easy to talk with regarding medical concerns and each provides relevant information. It is ONLY because of this that I continue to patronize Frix-Jennings Clinic. I am aggravated at the extended efforts to get an appointment. Sometimes it takes days to speak with someone. When having to hold the line for 10-30 minutes to schedule, I feel the value of my time is not respected, as I am unable to accomplish anything other than waiting. I have on occasions left message regarding the need to schedule, but none have ever gotten a response. I have been told many times, "we are learning a new system" as reasons for the difficulties. This is redundant. Having a level of understanding happened the first (and maybe the second) time. But it no longer prompts such. read more

I was seen by a P.A. and prescribed medications. I started having what I thought was a reaction to the meds and called 3 times to speak with the PA or nurse, but no one returned my calls. After a week, I called again and spoke with someone who claimed she was the manager. Her response was cold and I was told I had to come in for another visit (no one mentioned this before). Uncaring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or risk your life. read more

Dr Frix is great, he's the only reason I put up with the long wait times and less than friendly front desk.
