I needed a screen printer for my company's introductory t-shirt line, and I wanted to go with a smaller, local printer with whom I could develop a great working relationship. Greg fit the bill and was so easy to work with! He was responsive to my numerous emails, and when I finally had the chance to meet him to discuss my project, he was knowledgeable about his work and made me feel very comfortable handing over my first batch of t-shirts to him. And let's be serious - I had no time to feel anxious about what the finished product would be like; I met him on a Monday to drop off my shirts to be printed, and they were back in my hands on Wednesday! I decided to buy some apparel for my 82 year old father who graduated from the school. I wanted to give him the merchandise as a Father's Day present. It was personalized and everything. Before placing the order I called to make sure they would do it since we were closing. I was told absolutely, it would be ready in about two weeks. I never heard from them after 3 weeks so I called. I was told I had to email a man named Adam. Adam, never responded to my email. I called again, and was told Adam was in the back and couldn't come to the phone. I had to leave my name and number. Adam, never returned my call. I called a second time the Friday before Father's Day, and was told they could not help me I had to talk to Adam. I told them to cancel my order and I was told they couldn't I had to email Adam. Needless to say I got upset. Finally a man got on the phone and said that Adam is not really part of Body toppers and it wasnt a reflection on them. HOWEVER, Adam is this mans nephew. Bottom line, they agreed that it was a horrible way to do business, agreed that I should be upset but insisted it had nothing to do with them that it was Adam who runs BT Promotions. All I know is that I now have no gift for my 82 year old father and i am disappointed, frustrated, and angry. I should also mention that my husband also graduated from this school and I had ordered him a Father's Day gift as well. Also, the order wasn't a small one it was for $150! Obviously Adam doesn't need the money, so no one need give him any business!

But none of them do so with such individual attention, competitive pricing, flexibility, patience, and above-and-beyond customer service. My school wanted to produce a small number of baseball caps with our logo to be given to our biggest donors. From a list we picked Imprint Express. Good choice. Throughout the long process from start to finish we had personal help from a single representative. If you have ever undertaken one of these projects you'll know how fantastic it is to have one person you're working with rather then a mini-call center where instructions are lost in a jumble of bureaucracy and a lack of accountability. They treated us with a small-scale project with incredible attention; like we were some huge contract. They even went so far as to liiterally send a person to our school to go over thread colors with us. I don't know of any other place that would do that. This is old school customer service like it should be.
