I messaged Diane and immediately got a response (email and telephone). She was the most patient and kind person to work with (especially from a guy who knows nothing about the industry). The quote for each name badge was dramatically lower than the vendor I was using previously (which I was surprised about, especially since these guys offer high quality stuff). After going back and forth via email (which she was very responsive) I had an order placed and within 3 days I received the product. I was highly impressed, I cannot even explain! They were more than I imagined. I would suggest anyone who is looking into a trophy company / embroidery company / whatever to check these guys out. After ordering sleeping bags from LL Bean I needed to find a place to have the embroidery done…read more Yeah yeah I know LL Bean offers embroidery but if you have kids, and teens at that, then you know that what you think and what they want are two different things. I gave the girls the sleeping bags and carrying cases minus the stitching as gifts and then asked them what they wanted. I got the "I don't know" answer so I ventured over to 4 Seasons with the carrying bags. They gave me color and font options for the girls to pick from. After getting my instructions from the kids, back I went with my instructions. They did a great job and the bags were done. However, after a few trips some of the stitching got caught on "something" and came unraveled. Back in I went to have it fixed. They fixed it up at no charge and no questions. The original price was reasonable and they have an upstairs store so I can buy local school apparel too. The only hard part is matching up my work hours and theirs. I wish I could swing by on a Sat but they are only open weekdays with hours like the bank so I do have to make a bit more of an effort to get over there. Other than that I have been really happy with the work and the service.

I quickly told him my specs and was told to email the owner with my request and the owner would get back to me. We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations.
