He initially gave some updates via email and then went silent for a week and didn't return my calls nor email nor skype. Three weeks later I discover a bug he introduced in the most critical part of our site - the Contact Us section. Mike continues not to take responsibility for his work nor reply to my inquires. I totally trusted Mike with our company's site and he has acted unprofessional. Worst consultant I've come across in years and I've hired and worked with 50-60 IT consultants in the past 5 years.
