We hired 5Star for to design and host my companies new website about 2 years ago. Because of this we could never get events onto our calendar for our customers to see. They told us to contact them and they would add they would add events to our calendar. The problem then was we could never get a hold of them to request updates. And when they did add events to our calendar, they would add more verbiage or images then we had asked for. This is a big problem as my company sells alcohol and what we are allowed to say in marketing material is strictly regulated. When we started looking for a new marketing company I talked to Onyx, their owner, and he assured me there would be no problems with the transition. He said this happens all the time and he would do whatever he could to help and work with the new firm to make sure the transition was seamless. But, when I told him we had found another marketing firm, he took down our website and would not work with our new firm. Now I am having to pay another company to completely redesign my website.
