Amazing service every time! I've been going to frolic for a few years now and when they shut down during covid I was devastated to be honest. But they bounced back with no hesitation and have been continuing to deliver an amazing selection of American-made glass, expert opinions on glassware, and an overall awesome experience. Purchased a defective Puffco atomizer & was refused an exchange or refund, I did not use the item. I was told all sales were final due to the COVID situation. I understand the concern as most people have. I would have appreciated it if they told me there are no returns or refunds. I was told after the fact upon returning to the store there is a sign on their window. So the lady showed me the little paper sign. I didn't see it as there are a lot of items in the window. My bad for not studying the establishments entire store front. FROLIC told me Wal-Mart isn't doing returns & they weren't either. I think you should verbally inform customers of your current sales situation. Do you honestly think everyone sees the paper in the window ? If you truly respect the people who keep you in business then it's not a big ask to tell them your new sales rules up front. You don't have any issue touching my MONEY & all your customers money during these times of COVID. The item could've been sanitized if you wanted to with little effort on your part. Great staff and great service. My father was a skeptic of CBD for years and then tried my wife's gummies over the Labor Day holiday. After 3 days he was converted. These people know what they're talking about, and if they don't they have a CBD guy come in once a month that has helped myself and my wife figure out what works best for us. I've always come here for quality American glass, but now I come for the CBD knowledge as well. read more

If you are on the West side of things and Artifax in Rhawnhurst is too far of a hike, you could do far worse than coming here. A bit more of a token (ahem) selection of posters, clothes, etc. than Artifax, but on a "primary mission" standpoint they do a very good job with some extremely nice wares on offer. Friendly people behind the counter and plenty of other shopping options right nearby (stones throw from the Exton Mall and other shopping centers). Artifax is better but this is a solid #2, and the better choice if you live in the area. read more

This is, by far, my favorite head shop. Not only do they have an amazing selection of pipes but their staff is so customer based and extremely helpful! I fell in love with a beautiful piece that was way out of my price range but the manager worked with me to find a price that was way more than a good deal! Love Frolic! I can't tell you how much money I have spent there over the years. They are a little high priced, but they have QUALITY items, so you don't mind spending a little more. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I recently saw an item on Instagram that I liked and unfortunately it was sold. An employee who knew I wanted it, went out of her way to track me down and tell me another one came in. I was so excited! We need to all support local businesses. I would not of got the same customer service from the internet. My husband and I don't go anywhere else. Heck I buy most of my Christmas presents there. We decided to get into the vaping so we did all the research we could think of online. Then we decided the best place to go to purchase items would be Frolic. That was an excellent decision we made. They have a wide assortment of mods, parts, etc. The staff who helped us, Kyla and Chris,were amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. We purchased some things, and upon arriving home, as typical newbies ,we had questions and minor issues. We called the store and without hesitation they told us to come back and they would help us with whatever we needed. They were able to resolve our issues, answer our questions, and give us some very valuable hints and tips. Kyla and Chris provided excellent customer service! We never felt rushed by them. They really took their time explaining things to us and ensured we understood and left as happy customers. We highly recommend you go to the store as the entire experience was very positive. About $1,000 over the past couple years. overall its the best(only) shop near me so it's naturally where I go. They have a good selection of glass, mostly overpriced. the customer service can be good at times but horrific 90 % of the time. I understand its probably difficult dealing with some of the customers they get on a daily basis but some of the employees are so rude & unprofessional its a joke. had issues with a $500 purchase that i noticed had a hairline crack on the inside percolator. After getting home I called and talked to an employee who said i was unable to bring it back for a refund or replacement since I had taken it out of the store and everything was "final sale". long story short I haven't been back since. was a good place to go when i was 18 but now I know better. read more
