Everyone I am posting this as the owner, bc I'll never create fake accounts etc too Boost fake ratings because these reviews are supposed to be honest testimonials to help consumers make the right decision. As you see on Google we have an amazing score however on yelp 1 customer who attempted to get free items by lying decided to make 2 accounts to attempt to hurt us , and when he was cursing loudly at my wife behind the counter we asked him to leave which he was not happy with. He first used his girlfriends account and then his own. If you look on google you will see he changed his 5 star to a 1 out of the blue but we will never ask me up to take them down that is everyone's civil right of freedom of speech. I have a going out of my way to create a shop where I took all of the good that I had as a consumer from multiple shops and use that as a platform to excel I then took what I felt was bad as a consumer and use that to what I will never do again. There is no such thing as a perfect shop just because I felt something was bad does not mean you would as well all I can do is build a shop as a vaper not a businessman where the only thing which matters is that no one who walks in will ever have to smoke again. Our shop Felipe pays your Pennsylvania 40% tax and we don't just pay it for you if you walk into our shop any single piece of hardware that you look at will never be a dollar more than what you can buy it for online plus the 40% tax. There is no markup for my service there will never be a mark up for my electricity and will never be a marked up for my life choice to open up a business. My basic confusion always was when I was a consumer why can I walk into Walmart and get everything I need in one shop but when I go to a Vape shop I only get juice and coils and buy my hardware online because there's a 70% markup. I never want to reinvent the wheel there is no way by the stretch of the imagination that I am special I am just your average guy who's trying to be fair and treat everyone equally there's no special powers there. All I do is understand without all of you there would be no me and your time as a value you should not ever have to spend more time going to a shop and then going home to order online or feeling that you should be willing to pay 50% more because you can get it today there will be no such thing as impulse buying at our shop because everything is priced fair at the end of the day you work hard for your money you deserve it your families deserve it and we will always make sure you walk out with as much of your money as possible. *long story short: great service, great prices, quality merchandise. I've been vaping for about 6 months now and was still using my original mod until it up and quit on me Monday night. On Tuesday I went to my original local vape shop where once again (third time in the past few weeks) they didn't have the item I needed when I needed it and instead (again) could only offer a far more expensive and complicated solution to my problem than was necessary. Rather than spending $100 on the latest greatest 200W model with options I will never use, I decided to check out this brand new local shop a bit further down the street, and I am so glad that I did! The shop is brand new, staffed primarily (maybe exclusively, I didn't clarify that at the time) by the owners themselves, so I had the pleasure of being waited on by Mr Howie Ginsberg, proprietor. First he took the time to clarify what I actually needed from a mod, and since I never cranked my 60W past 30, he understood right away that the 200W models were seriously overkill and focused immediately on the range that fit my needs AND my limited budget. Not only did he sell me a great mod at a great price, he took the time to answer a multitude of mostly random questions of mine on various products, vastly increasing my knowledge base, and spent at least half an hour fluid sampling with me after the sale, so although I didn't purchase any, I can attest that their house-brewed product line is high-quality, at prices that are damn close to my favorite online discount supplier, i.e. well below standard retail. Basically, whether you're a casual or hardcore vaper I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to this little shop, even if it means going several miles out of your way to do so. It's strictly a vape shop, not a tobacco store that just added a vape line to capitalize on both markets, which is also a plus, IMO. read more

My mother and I have been to this store multiple times in the past month(inc. our first visit!), and for good reason! They GREATLY helped with my success in quitting smoking. Howie's knowledge along with his wife was what kept me sticking to vaping and away from cigarettes. Every time we've visited they have taken the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer every question I have without hesitation. I know I was a pain with my testing of a million juices and continuous questions but they weren't phased one bit. Their greatest concern is helping YOU get what's right for YOU. They believe that no question is a stupid question and will make sure you know exactly what you're doing before you step foot out of the store. This store is amazing!!!!! I can not express how relieved I am chester county and Downingtown finally have a real vape shop I walked in seeing a small space thinking oh boy here we go and I started looking around they have every new mod, tank RDA etc. I am talking every single desired item you can ever want and for juices they only carrythe best all natural premium ejuice at pricing which is insanely cheap for the quality and there house juice is tasty too :) They are the only shop which uses a real box mod and nice sub ohm tanks for testers so you get a true vape experience trying flavors and the owner Howie is great he treated me like a brother not a customer Putting all of these together in one shop which has obviously the best pricing in town is a receipt for many years of success i am proud to have been the first customer ever Go check them out today read more

Stopped in to buy wire to make some fancy fused claptons, they had lighting wire premade 25 ft in stock same price as eBay, grab and go. To top it of the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, stands up for vaping rights, he just gets it. Atop in sometime and check it out, small but good. Been coming here for about a year and it's a great shop. Howie always keeps cool and unique products in stock and the juice selection is always very good. I don't know why people are giving bad reviews, Howie is a very chill guy and his prices speak for themselves. This is honestly the best shop in Downingtown hands down. read more
