I was then verbally berated by the owner after requesting a refund. 3. I was then written a nasty disrespectful message from Perry the owner. Response from the owner 2 hours ago Not much of a response needed here. Just facts. Joe is in his living room. Loads magazine into a firearm that he fails to check to see if it's loaded. IT IS. Points gun at wall & pulls trigger, blasting his wall. Tries hiding stupidity from wife & kids. He FAILS every gun safety fundamental there is. He's embarrassed & asks to return firearm because it's defective. I explain how he failed every gun safety measure & suggest he takes a gun safety course before owning a firearm. Of course, this is all our fault. Enough said. 1. I had a snap cap in one hand and a bullet in the other and mixed them up by accident. (As I told Perry the owner) 2. I do NOT HAVE A WIFE OR KIDS! When we came into Arthur we parked in front of this shop. When entering the shop we were greeted by Karen (who by the way is awesome), she asked if there was anything she could help us with, we said we were just looking and she said "Well if you have questions or need anything just let me know, I am happy to help". We looked around at all of the gorgeous items they have when we came across the table section of the store. We had been looking on and off for a table that we could seat at least 10 or 12 as we have a large family. Karen showed us a couple of different tables and how they would extend. She provided all the information from type of wood, colors to choose from, style of table to the various types of chairs, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. With all of this information at hand, we were able to choose the design of our brand new table and chairs. Karen was up front about the time it would take to build our table and chairs as these are handmade items. She also provided us with updates during the construction of our table and chairs. Her estimate of when our table would be available was spot on. When we arrived with an enclosed trailer and plenty of furniture pads to pick up our items, they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us get everything wrapped and loaded for a safe ride home. Karen and her staff made this a most pleasurable experience for us and we LOVE our new table and chairs.
