You would think for the price they charge for equipment they could have a effective maintenance system. There were lube nipples that were damaged, could not grease. The bucket had no teeth on it just the exposed bolts and nuts which is a terrible idea financially since the teeth cover the bolts and nuts and protects the actual bucket blade. It's shameful when the customer has better maintenance awareness of this large equipment rental corporation then their management team. I say management team because they are failing their checks or not doing proper reporting on the state of their equipment. I don't know, however this was not a good experience.

Now, in today's day and age where customer service is virtually non-existent, Steve Hansen went above and beyond his limitations to make sure that I left with the trailer. They provided a ladder for me to climb into the storage which was a random door 6 feet off the ground in a wall... very weird and a definite safety hazard. No camera on the hallway either only some areas of the storage. The elevator was so small I couldn't even fit the carts they provided inglés I stood on top of it with my items. Then I was told that "HE had other customers to deal with." (I'm sorry, am I not a customer too?) And then basically when I told him if he did not resolve this matter, I would dispute it and file a complaint, he told me to "do what I gotta do" When I picked up this truck, It was for a $19.99 hour rental and $.99 per mile. I used it for three hours. I drove 29 miles. I have my own insurance which he never asked me about so he just tapped that on the bill assuming I needed it And then when I brought the truck back, I told him that I could go get gas if it would be cheaper because I used 2.4 gallons and HE literally told me "don't even worry about it" and then charged me $16 for 3 GALLONS of gas on the bill!! What should've been a $45 charge ended up being $85! This place will gouge you and then when you try to get your money back, they basically tell you to go screw yourself. They also advertise that they have trucks vans everything that you want and then when you get there, they tell you that it's either broken down or someone else is using it or another excuse and you're stuck with a big ass truck that you didn't want when your reservation said that the cargo van was available. They're misleading And one of those businesses that is just corrupt and doesn't care. I feel sorry for U-Haul because they are an exceptional company and this place just happens to represent them unfortunately. I wish I knew the name of the manager. He's a big guy overweight with brown hair. Has a friendly attitude to start, but God bless you if you have an issue because he will basically tell you to F#^#?* off! Go somewhere else..go to a storage place with U-Haul....stay away from the small companies that have a couple trucks in their parking lot. They're a nightmare.

I was looking everywhere in Las Vegas for an affordable storage and I couldn't find it in the center of the city, it takes my 10 minutes driving but I am very please with the price of my unit , with the friendly and warm people working there, with all the cameras around the property, with the insurance they provide, all areas inside are very clean, elevator works properly oh well, the elevators are slow but those are heavy lifting elevators that's the way those suppose to be. my access code works perfect since the first day I was there, yes, one access code per each storage unit, so they control who is entering to the property, security is primordial and they have it ! If you decide to go there remember to ask for the free Padlock. One thing they should improve but isn't enough to lose an star in my review: inside the storage building I prefer to have sensors for light activation and not to have to touch the light switch at the wall. I know what I want and I am not afraid to go for it .

Campervans are easy to drive and can fit into any normal-sized parking space. Regarding this company, they provided incredible customer service and a clean, comfortable Campervan. The fold out bed was easy to assemble and the van included a sink, small fridge and storage spaces. Our van was waiting for us when we arrived. We had the option of choosing different bundles: blanket, kitchen items, tent, chairs, basically anything that enhances your outdoor experience. They even had a donation locker where you could take items left by other travelers. We loaded up and we're off on our adventure to Death Valley. We found that this company has several locations in the US, and they will allow for one way travel between their locations. We are now seriously considering planning a cross country trip!

Ice was needed our entire trip to keep anything remotely cold. 2. When you hit the brakes at 55-60 mph or more, the brake pedal vibrated as did the vehicle. 3. The headlights were terrible because the lenses were so sun faded and fogged over. 4. I'm unsure if the shocks were ever changed but every bump on an interstate or rough roads at 65 mph or greater, the van shook pretty bad and wobbled more anything. 4. When rented, I took a picture of the odometer at 598 as the last 3 and they claim it was 587 and charged us for the 11 miles we didn't even drive the vehicle. This is the 2nd time we've used Escape because the first time it was a great experience. This time was not an enjoyable experience and we won't be back. For the price of everything, you'd expect a van in good condition that felt safe as well as being fully functional...we did not get that.
