Don't fret, if you're not onsite, he's still super responsive and kept me in the loop the whole way. I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). Besides this small job, he told me he does construction projects and can provide a variety of home service quotes too. Another plus is he delivered the receipt promptly afterward. Highly recommend!
