After more than 20 years of owning RVs, I've dealt with every kind of mechanic out there -- and let…read moreme tell you, the good ones are rare. Robert is hands down the best I've ever worked with. Where others gave up or guessed, he diagnoses and fixes the problem right the first time. His knowledge and technical skill are on another level -- precise, methodical, and completely by the book. He never takes shortcuts, and the quality of his work reflects it. What truly sets Robert apart is his integrity: his pricing is fair, his communication is honest, and he treats every RV as if it were his own. He's fully mobile with a complete workshop built into his van, bringing professional-grade service straight to your driveway or campsite. I don't usually write reviews, but Robert has earned it. This is the only RV mechanic I'll ever recommend -- and probably the last one I'll ever need. P.S I asked if I could do a review, he said he preferred not. He was too busy as it was oops lol

We recently purchased a "new to us" used 2019 Class C Sprinter Van style motorhome. Before we left…read morehome everything was checked out by several different people and all was well. While staying at Thousand Trails Orlando Rv Park the very first night after my shower all was well. When my wife took her shower she said "Where's the hot water?". The water heater circuit board went out and we didn't have electric or propane water heater. I couldn't find one locally and couldn't find a technician that was certified to work on propane units; go figure! A lot of Rv's still have propane/electric powered appliances and for technicians to stop being certified to work on propane appliances in Rv's anymore is just crazy in my opinion. When I called Mobile Toy Doctor he said yes he was certified and he could swing by later on tonight on the way home to check it out. After talking through what my water heater was doing he agreed as well it was the circuit board and he said he has them in stock on the truck. Robert (the owner) arrived on time and was super friendly and VERY knowledgeable about all the items and components in our Rv's. Robert was definitely a blessing for us in our situation during our first trip out in our "new to us" motorhome! If you are in need of Rv repair in the central FL area I would definitely recommend you call Robert at Mobile Toy Doctor! Thanks Robert for a job well done and great friendly service and conversation! Safe travels to your next and future appointments!

We initially contacted Mr. Frank about a converter issue but it quickly became an awning repair…read moreissue after hitting a tree with the awning out - ouch and stupidity! Mr. Frank was quick to respond and came out to Fort Wilderness the next morning to remove the awning and diagnose the converter. We are very grateful as it is the beginning of the Memorial Holiday weekend, and we couldn't stay another day as the campground is booked out. So if in a pickle, most likely Mr. Frank will be the solution. He was recommended by several other repair services that couldn't work our issue. THANK YOU Mr. Frank. You will be our only repair guy when we come back to Disney world/Fort Wilderness if something else goes sideways.

We were stranded in Fort Wilderness after setting up camp without power…read more We isolated the issue to the converter having gone bad, as it was 12-years old. According to the tech that changed it out, they have an average life expectancy of 3 to 6-years. To overcome the issue, we put a12-Volt charger on the battery and that kept us up and running. Nevertheless, if you are in Florida (Orlando is where we were camped at) this tech was 1st Class! Frank of Frank's Mobile came out to us the next day, was extremely thorough, and most reasonable with what he charged. He educated us on our systems, and most important, he quoted us before coming out and honored the price. Cannot say enough great things about this gentleman and on a scale of 1 to 10 we will give him an 11. His number: 407-922-7302 PS: He's been in the business 25+ years and everyone in Disney Fort Wilderness knew of him ....
