All it took was one mention of being a Christian and his eyes lit up exclaiming how much of a believer he was and exclaiming his faith. Beware, his excitement is not about faith in his savior, but an excitement on getting you hooked into using him as a honest man for the work. I still have a leak and he put tape on all the visual nails he used on the inside wall trim saying to take the tape off tomorrow after it dries. He had broken all the edges so had rolled up pieces to cover all that and instead of gluing, put all these ugly nails in the wall. Imagine my surprise when seeing what he had done. I was thinking it was just tape. He had his son just spray paint above my front bumper which was peeling. He barely sanded, had drips and it was not fully covered. He said he would have his other son come to finish it next week (never did). He just painted some white junk over the leveling seal I had on the roof. Total work time was less than 4 hours all together (probably less as I didn't watch). Nice chunk of money for nothing. It didn't rain for almost a month and now I see it is still leaking. He will not reply to my texts or emails. He had me write the check out for $1,800.00 to him and not his company. I was duped. He rushes you saying he needs to get to next job. He is not even replying to my request for the money back or the repairs made -- not even with me saying I am taking him to Small Claims court if not. I am a 69 year old single woman who was taken advantage of. Please don't use him. He uses the same phone number (407) 954-5554. I was so excited to get an honest man, that I fell for his game. I think he counts on this embarrassment to keep you from saying anything.

In the middle of our 10,000 mile RV trip across country, we found ourselves in Ocoee on a Saturday…read moreevening in our 42 foot fifth wheel. When we pulled in, we discovered that one of our slide outs was sitting askew and was partly off of its track. Definitely not right and a huge worry! Putting the slide out and then back in did not fix it. It was almost 6 o'clock, and we didn't have much hope of getting help that same night, but we quickly jumped online and that's when I found East to West Mobile RV Services. We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in his extremely well organized work truck with every tool known to man. We felt like he could fix anything! (and he did!) Freddy spent well over an hour and a half with us. He not only fixed our slide and was very knowledgeable about how it worked and explained it all to us, but he fixed several other little nagging problems that we had not yet gotten around to. He did it all with a smile on his face and we had a lot of laughs talking with him. He's truly a wonderful guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. We felt very lucky to have found him. His prices are also amazingly fair. Thank you so so much, Freddy! I used the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) feature of getting offers from three dealers to purchase my 2023…read moreMazda Miata RF Grand Sport. KBB provides a purchase dollar amount. I went to Thurston first, Michelle took some pictures, made a phone call and provided a price. The price was higher than the price provided by KBB. This all only took about five or possibly ten minutes at most. I had previously gotten a trade-in offer from a new car dealer (Thurston's offer was more than 20% higher). After leaving Thurston's, I drove to a new car dealer provided by KBB. The evaluation and offer took over 30 minutes and their offer was almost $2,000 less than the KBB purchase price (Thurston's offer was over 9% higher). There was a third KBB dealer listed, but I elected to skip them and go back to Thurston. Michelle cut a check in a couple of minutes and Andy Thurston drove me home. A totally painless transaction, which is not what I have experienced with almost all other dealers. I highly recommend Thurston Auto and RV Sales.

The RV is now in a shop due to the entire steel support for the windshields rusted out. It will cost me $7000.00 to repair. I bought it as is....no recourse.
