This family treated me as part of the family, going as far as helping me get insurance and brand new tires by using their own connections. They even did a full system check on the Class 3 RV I just purchased to make sure it is road trip ready and safe to drive since it has no warranty. Alex the tech did our service work and is the best and a great guy. We had water leaks in the shower and he fixed the problem quickly and we had no more trouble. We also had them install a new commode and he did a great job. Michelle in the office helped us schedule the work and get the parts so we didn't need to alter our plans while on vacation. The service department was good. I had my generator worked on and they did a good job. The reason for the bad review is because of the sales department. I consigned my RV with them and was told it would be placed right up front and displayed. I had it cleaned both inside and outside before delivery. It took a few weeks before they displayed it up front. Never got any calls for updates until I got a call that said my consignment period would end next week and I would need to renew. I was also told that it was filthy inside and would need cleaned for a $150. When I told him it was clean upon delivery and I would not pay $150 to have it cleaned he told me that he would not renew my consignment contract. read more

Worst RV mobile company. 2018 Feb needed a new cooling system for our Norcold fridge. March 2018 before returning home called Pro Tech with concerns it wasn't working properly. Alex stated its goid, it will run longer than the Norcold and might be louder. ?????? Oct 2018, caming in Gettysburg PA fridge not cold. Nov 2018 back in Florida and still not cold. Our milk that was usually uce cold was barely cold. Dec 2018 moved from Sebastian to Clermont and waited for Pro Tech to contact us since we called and told them we needed it checked and would be in the area Dec 1 till end if March. Called middle of March asking why we have not heard anything. They are busy. Finally Alex comes, too much food in fridge. SERIOUSLY! Brand new cooling system you bragged up and down and now there is too much food. He left. Never checked the system. Returns, now we need a little fan. $20+. Returns, the metal fins are covered in ice. Moves the cold sensor. Returns need a new cold sensor I think????? And you're to be the expert? AGAIN, never checking the system. Still not getting cold. Milk spoiling, food going bad, really getting frustrated. Called again, but this time I also called the manufacturer of the Amish Aire unit. Surprise, Alex, you need to call JC immediately so he can have you check readings. The look on jis face I will never forget. All the readings are not good. Will send another system. Question to Alex, you did insulate this per instructions? Alex answered, if it said to I did. I followed the instructions. Shorten the story, we ended up going to the manufacturer. Amish Aire was fabulous, pro Tech SUCKS! They were going to charge us again, wanted the camper moved from our spot to their garage when they did it at our spot last year. Alex DID NOT seal the unit. JC was very upset. Then we find out we were charged double for the system and what took Alex almost a full work day to install should have taken only 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. WOW. Can we say rip off artists. Can we say fraud against the elderly? There is a lot more we can say, but I think everyone has the picture. And the best is they have no records if our transaction. No warranty of our system. What kind of secretary/bookkeeper is Michelle? Maybe the IRS needs to check out this business for tax evasion. As mean and nasty as these people are, JC was wonderful. You need a new cooling system Amish Aire is great, but go there to Indiana and have him and hus son install it. You will not regret it. FORGET PRO TECH. When you brag about a oroduct, you install it incorrect and then you lie about it and worst, you refuse to correct your mistake you don't even deserve a 1. Our slide out got stuck in on our Windjammer 34 travel trailer and was no longer operating, we did not want to drive to Lazy days in Seffner where we bought the trailer so I googled Rv repair in Clermont, Fl and Protech mobile RV service popped up. I was thrilled to know we did not have to haul it all the way to Seffner and most certainly they would have kept it for weeks so we would not be able to use it. Protech called me right back and schedule to come and look at my travel trailer 24 hours and fixed the trailer slide out it was Very reasonably priced, did excellent work also wonderful, awesome, great customer service. I highly recommend Protech. We had excellent service from Alex the service tech that fixed our A/C and professional friendly service from Michele. The only issue is they are so busy so it took a week for them to come out to diagnose the problem. Hopefully we will not be needing them again anytime soon but if anything were to go wrong again in the future I would give them a call! read more
