I don't know if there is a huge theft problem or the owners are overly cautious in this store. The man at the register watched our every move even though the saleswoman walked with us all through the store. At one point I couldn't tell if I was feeling her toes or mine! They have cameras and threatening signs so I can't believe much gets stolen. The older fellow didn't smile once. He never spoke. Just kept giving us a "death stare" that definitely shortened our stay. We picked out 3 shirts and a jacket (a few of our kiddos have upcoming birthdays) which landed us in the $350-$400 range. Easy to tell this is a pretty expensive boutique. Reason #1 for me to never bring Mrs. E. back in here. I produced a DD214 (a certificate of discharge from active duty in the armed forces) and the guy acted like he'd never seen one and refused to acknowledge it. This is after the woman of the store informed me they take care of veterans. Trust me, after the initial sticker shock, I needed some care! We couldn't agree on price or cop a definition of veteran pride. So after all that, no sale. There are plenty of other shops. The clothes were really nice, some higher end. I think I just wanted out of there. Do not misunderstand. I don't go looking for or expect military discounts. Like anyone, if I'm offered a sale or a discount, I'll take it. My problem stems from the woman raving about how much she loves this country. Appreciating the military helping her family realize freedom now, here, in America. How badly she wants to return the favour. Then come check out time she disappears leaving Mr. Personality to be the heavy. Feels like I got played, here. read more

So I went in there with my friend to get some clothes and I saw this adorable shirt so I asked one of the ladies that worked their if I could try it on and so she took me to the dressing room and then another work lady came out snatched it out of the dressing room and said she didn't want me trying it on unless I had a parent with me. read more

Terrible place. Came and bought a purse that literally fell apart. Only used it for two days. Contacted owner and sent pictures with her business name on the debit from my bank. Said it was not hers and to bad. Didn't care at all. Was 65$ and she blew it off. Don't support this business. read more

Went into the store to take a peek and found a dress I loves asked if I could try it on (knowing it was1 size larger than I wear but was giving myself some wiggle room since I am currently breastfeeding) and was told that I can't try it on because I may stretch out the ELASTIC BACK and then she won't be able to sell it. I tossed it back onto the rack and walked out the store as did my mom and sister. If I could give zero stars I would. She was rude and literally stood over us as we walked through the store! read more

Horrible customer service! My daughter (who by the way is home on leave from the Navy) went in this store to look around. My daughter found a sweater she liked and it was on a rack that said 50% of so I bought it for her along with an item for myself. The owner said she would give us an additional discount because my daughter is a service member. After leaving the store I realized my purchase amount was almost $100 when it should have been about $75 so we went back to the store to see what happened. The owner was rude and insulting. She said that the sweater was full price even though it was on the 50% off rack and made the comment "I guess you weren't listening" then she pointed at a sign that said "No refunds". I am a local resident and try to make purchases at local stores as much as I can to support the community but I was absolutely blown away by how rude this woman was and will never, ever buy anything at this store again. I will also make sure my family and friends that visit do not go into that store to purchase anything. What an absolutely horrible experience and from a local store owner!! read more
