Now I know you're all going to say oh I've had fresh and great curds before. BUZZER SOUND .. you're wrong ! The best curd / freshest / squeakiest can only come from this location. If it's not made right there on the spot it's a disgrace wise words from my best friend. You can get Kingsley or guillaume back home but once it gets transported from fresh to cold and hot and cold and hot it just turns out MEH and loses its beautiful taste. So do yourselves a favour and make the drive to this location and grab a large bag for $8 dollars to go and then take a seat and order a poutine.

I wasn't sure what to expect but was really surprised at the setup. I was expecting a traditional restaurant but it turned out to be more like a fast-food ordering but with various places to sit and eat (booths, a more private area, and a typical eatery). I didn't know they also had an ice cream section but then again I was there for food :) Walking in I was taken by their ad for a "Montreal Burger" and ordered that. Turned out to be somewhat of a Smoked Meat Burger but wow the flavour was amazing! There are a number of other items on their menu that strike my fancy so I'll definitely have to head back and try them out some time :)
