We had a consistently negative experience working with a specific agent (not sure I can mention a…read morename so I'll reference Mr. E. ) at KW Commercial (two offices; one in Visalia and one in Fresno). Communication was quite low. Unless we asked specific questions, there was no information provided. Even one of the prospective buyer's agents was quite surprised about the lack of communication to us, the sellers. Here are some examples: * We had to go out and do research on comps, after the comps Mr. E supplied did not include many similar properties we KNEW had sold recently around us. These comps WE had to research supported a much higher price than he recommended. * Original pricing discussions were almost hostile. Mr. E. was practically adamant about a price that was nearly half what we ended up getting. Thankfully our own research supported a price nearly double of what Mr. E. was recommending. * When we had detailed questions about the agreement, Mr. E. was outwardly annoyed, pushing for us to sign. We did end up changing important terms based on our questions. * Mr. E had several conversations with buying agents, and did not share some very useful information that could have supported our selling negotiations. We actually found out some information FROM one of the prospective buying agents. This was quite shocking. * During negotiations, we were encouraged many times to just take the offer. When WE did research on the offering party, we found they had been buying adjacent properties for much higher prices, and our property would complete a block for them. WE had to do this work, and persuade our agent to stand firm to a price closer to our asking. It felt he worked against us, not for us. * Many many more examples over the months, but hopefully this gives you an idea. I would avoid doing business with an office that has agents who treat their clients in this way. In retrospect, we should have never moved forward with this agent and we do regret it. The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1, is that it seems there are likely other agents at KW Commercial that may be better suited to doing their jobs.

She brings integrity,…read morecomplete transparencyi, and excellent communication to every step of the process, while remaining incredibly proactive when it comes to looking out for her clients. Our home went into escrow incredibly fast--even before the scheduled open house! Kim delivered exactly what we hoped for by bringing in several non-contingent offers. No matter what came up, she always came to the table with a clear plan, solid answers, and quick solutions. Kim, you have once again surpassed our selling experience expectations. Thank you for making the selling of our home such a great success! Finding the right agent is a critical decision. It can be the deciding factor on if your house will sit or sell in this market. We've sold with Kim twice and have no regrets! WHAT WE APPRECIATED: - she asked for our expectations and goals and listened to what we needed to happen. - during our in person meeting, we went over a complete list of comps in our area, came up with a target price, and strategized upcoming details. - she immediately informed us of all dates ... when the house would be photographed, posted on social media, listed on the market, and even a scheduled a brokers only open house!! - open houses were scheduled at the same meeting. (Although she brought us a multiple offers prior to even holding an open house). - Kim remained highly motivated and came in with a strategic plan that worked!! We had more showings than we ever imaged and all prior to her scheduled open house!! We accepted an above asking offer! We we're still shocked and also very grateful. She made the process easy and honestly we felt relieved to leave all of the details in her hands.

From the very beginning, Diana made the entire experience feel smooth, organized, and stress-free. Diana is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly dedicated to her clients. She took the time to answer every question we had, explained each step of the process, and always made sure we felt informed and confident. Her attention to detail, communication, and commitment to helping us achieve our goal of becoming homeowners were exceptional. One thing that really stood out was how seamlessly Diana worked with our lender. She recommended Jeanne Honley with NewRez to us, and it was clear that Diana and Jeanne's teams had a great working relationship. Their communication, coordination, and teamwork made such a difference throughout the process. They worked together to keep everything moving, especially with our very short closing timeline, and we always felt like we had a strong team advocating for us. Diana also handled challenging situations with the seller's side with professionalism, patience, and confidence. She remained focused on protecting our best interests and navigating every obstacle that came up. Her expertise and negotiation skills gave us peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful time. Buying our first home is a milestone we will always remember, and we are so grateful Diana was the person guiding us through it. She went above and beyond in every way and truly cared about making this experience special for us. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, we cannot recommend Diana enough. She exceeded all of our expectations, and we will absolutely work with her again in the future!

During that time, we barely had any inquiries, and very few people even came to see the property. Our previous agent told us that the leased solar panels made the house difficult to sell. We held a couple of open houses, but no one showed up, and the stress and frustration from our ongoing expenses really started to weigh on us. We loved our first home and would have happily stayed there forever if we didn't have to relocate for work. Switching to Diana was the best decision we made, and we couldn't be happier that we did. After working with her, our house sold in just two months, and the escrow process was quick and smooth. At first, I expected it would take several more months to sell because we had already been burned by our previous agent and didn't want to get our hopes up again. I still remember how happy I felt the moment she called to congratulate us on the sale. Diana truly was our angel. She is someone any buyer or seller can completely trust and rely on. I look forward to working with her on the purchase of my next home.

It was rat & mice invested all around & in the apartment conplex. I heard the person that was trying to work outside the window say the next door neighbors apartment that was burned was very rat invested. Don't recommend renting from them. We got charged extra for a lot. Took the whole deposit. We made work orders & had insurance that couldve helped. We moved out and returned the keys before the prorate date & they still charged us extra after the deposit. I tried to clean a lot of the smoke residue on the floors & walls but it was making it worse. I put a work order for that as-well. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless u absolutely have too.
