This was the worst experience I've had with a shuttle service. I definitely recommend going with any alternative. I called when I landed an hour scheduled departure and the lady told me the 7:30 shuttle would be leaving at 7:40. I showed up around 7:25 to the pickup location and by 7:31 there was no shuttle so I was a little nervous so called back to confirm. The next operator told me the shuttle had probably already left and put me on hold to call the driver. The operator refused to ask the driver to swing back around to get me and told me he only had one reservation. I asked why the initial operator had not advised me to book and the operator couldn't give me a good answer. Please use Colorado Springs shuttle as a better alternative. There is nothing like being stuck at the airport for an extra hour after a long journey and missing your meeting because of it. read more

While I am thankful they offer Military Mondays where they claim to offer free rides to active duty, they pulled the old bait and switch when they cancelled a reservation less than 20 hours before a flight. Nowhere did their offer state that the offer was only for "those who fight in wars" or "not for cadets" who are considered active duty under federal law. However, that did not stop them from cancelling the reservation at the last minute - perhaps in an effort to place a cadet in a desperate situation that they would have to pay. While it is totally their prerogative to give discounts as they desire and I am thankful for any military support (it is more than most do). I see it unfair and shady to cancel the reservation and not be honest with their advertising of the offer. ** UPDATE: They did contact the person who had their reservation cancelled and offered to honor their original commitment. While I'm still not thrilled about the circumstances it shows they are willing to see their faults and eventually did the right thing. It also appears they are rephrasing their promotion to a way they intended it to run. They also started the promotion again until the end of the year. I do question the fact that there are so many positive reviews on Yelp and all the negative ones are hidden... read more

Called in a reservation and informed agent I had a service animal. He asked me the function of my dog and if it was certified, I answered him and offered to send a copy of her agency certificate, he declined and we ended the call. I was informed I had to ride on the back bench, no problem. Then minutes before my shuttle was to depart, a very nervous driver approached me apologetically saying that rules had changed about their insurance and service animals. He took several pictures of my dog, which was fine, and sent them in for "clearance" again no problem. Then the owner Cory Watson calls to question me further about my dogs function. At this point, the driver was unsteady regarding the situation and began apologizing again. Mr. Watson then told me that a certificate meant nothing anyone could buy one online. I assured him this was not the case and gave him the direct number to the training agency. He then told me to thank all the people with fake service dogs for his approach in handling the situation. At this point I began having a PTSD episode from being treated as I was. I called Mr. Watson to express my frustration with the way his company handles service animals and that not even the airlines cause so much stress. He then went on a tangent saying it was people like me who don't take responsibility for my actions that cause these situations where people walk on eggshells. He yelled and used an unprofessional tone the entire conversation until I had to hang up, because I was in emotional distress. Customer service by the owner is less than zero. However, the driver and phone agent were stellar. I feel sorry for the staff and for anyone who has to endure such stressful encounters with Cory Watson. An ADA complaint is definitely being filed. read more

AMAZING service. And I'm not just saying that. I normally hate shuttles especially shared ones.. IE: Super shuttle (the worst!) Front range was able to drop and pick me up at my hotel on time or even earlier. That is really unheard of in my experience. They answered quickly, they provided digital receipts via square...which is WAY better for business travelers like myself who need to worry about expensing everything. I booked a super late night trip at around 11pm from denver international airport allllll the way to colorado springs. This trip was over an hour. They were able to send someone out to get me and drop me off at my hotel when no other services would. Taxi would have cost me way over $200. Overall the van is clean, and was never crowded. This is what the owner did when my longtime girlfriend tried to use this service; THEY LEFT HER STRANDED, at her hotel because the owner/dispatcher had an attitude. On Sunday, January 18, 2015 at approximately 0500 hours I was in the lobby of the Doubletree Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. I was waiting for the Front Range shuttle which I was told would arrive promptly at 0515 hours to take me to Denver International Airport. I had spoken to a woman at Front Range twice on Saturday evening about the shuttle and she assured me that I could either pay cash on the shuttle or call the office in the morning to pay via credit card. She said I did not need a reservation. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver put both mine and another man's suitcase in the back of the van and the driver got my name and flight information. I then called and spoke to a man at Front Range and told him I wanted to pay via credit card for the trip. He told me he would call me back. Approximately 3 minutes later he called me back as we were getting ready to depart. He asked for my credit card number and I gave it to him. He said I only gave him 12 numbers so I gave the number again stating I didn't want to be too loud since there were others in the shuttle. He told me I was too fast and he couldn't understand me, I told him to hang on. I then looked in my wallet to see if I had cash to complete the transaction and I had $50 but I wanted to tip the driver at least $10, so I got back on the phone and said I would give him the number. The second time I read him my credit card number I read the number slowly in a louder voice. He immediately told me not to be a "smart ass" and that I was giggling and talking so he couldn't hear me. I told him not to use profanity to me and that if he was ready I would give him the number one more time. He then told me he would have the driver "put me off" at the next stop because of my attitude. I had not raised my voice and had been nothing but polite to him. I told him that was not necessary but I would like his full name before I completed the transaction - he gave me his name and said he was the owner, I did not write his name down. I told him I was surprised he was the owner because he was incredibly rude. He then started shouting - I was so shocked I had no clue what was going on. He said he was going to have the driver kick me off the bus and that I didn't have a reservation anyway. I told him his employee had told me the day before that I did not need one. At that point I started crying because I had no idea what I had done to make the man so angry. He then said I was "off the bus" and hung up. I then saw the driver's phone ring. I was in the van stunned and crying - I had no way to get to Denver other than this van. I had merely asked a rude person his name and tried to pay for a service. The van driver got out and went to the back as I tried to call the business again. The same man answered and started shouting using the word "fuck" numerous times. I was begging him, while crying, to let me stay and that I didn't care what he was saying. I held the phone away from my ear and the put it back, heard fuck again a few times and I then hung up. The van driver said there was nothing he could do as the man was his boss. I was panicking then thinking I would miss my flight. The hotel was wonderful in helping me get a cab after I figured out that was the only way I could get to Denver. I ended up paying $30 to take a taxi to the Colorado Springs airport and then rented a car for $86 and drove to Denver. I made my flight and thankfully made it home to my loved ones. I am still in shock about this incident. I had simply tried to pay for the Front Range shuttle and told the owner he was rude when he was in fact rude to me and used profanity in our conversation. At no time did I raise my voice or use any unprofessional language with this man and I ended up getting thrown off a shuttle. This has never happened in my life and I am still unsure as to why it happened today. This is a disgraceful way to treat another person, let alone a customer who was trying to purchase something from a business. I do not know what can be done but others need to be warned about this terrible business and person running it. As a costumer who has used them multiple times I was sorely disappointed with how I was treated when my flight was delayed and I would not be able to make their shuttle. Their policy specifically says with delayed flights you will be refunded 100% yet when I called they said they would get back to me and three weeks later still no answer back. Pro: great option when you want to save by flying out of DIA. Pickups usually run each hour or two, so plan ahead or you'll be hanging out in DIA for a bit. Con: They could have put me in a bouncy castle pulled on a trailer and I wouldn't know the difference. I reserved shuttle return from DIA to Colorado Springs for 2 college students, paid in advance with gratuity. I missed 1 call at 5:32pm saying students were late, no further attempt to reach me. I called back at 5:45pm but driver already gone, stranding the young women at the airport. Only option wait for 7:30pm shuttle, no refund would be considered. Absolutely horrible service. I had used this company three times prior. Two trips were for service from DIA to Colorado Springs. And one trip was for a service to DIA from from Colorado Springs. On the first trip from DIA, the driver was somewhere between 10-15 minutes late. On the second trip from DIA, the driver was on time. On the first trip to DIA from the Springs, the driver was about 10 minutes late. When he got to the pickup location, he was a little rude. I didn't really get a chance to say goodbye to my father because the driver was running late and told me we had to go. The second trip from Colorado Springs to DIA was the ABSOLUTE WORST! I had gotten to the pickup location at least 25 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. I was right in front where they pick people up. I had both my parents with me and we were all watching for the driver. The driver did not show. I waited a little while because I thought they were probably just running late like on prior instances. After 15 minutes of waiting I attempted to call to see where the driver was. Just at that moment, a driver did show. I ended the call and went and brought my luggage to the driver. The driver said he was only dropping people off and to call customer service again. On the call to customer service/dispatch, the representative claimed that the showed up 2 minutes early to the pickup location, but they did not. When asked where or when I could meet to catch the driver, the rep couldn't get anybody in time. I advised the rep that I had been waiting and had the pickup location in view at all times. The representative for the company then proceeded to call me a liar and claimed there was someone had been there. He then attempted to prove me wrong by saying that if I had been there I should have called. Due to prior experiences with this company, I thought they were just running late. I tried to explain that to the representative, but he didn't want to listen. I demanded that he refund the trip, but he only offered 50%. If I was at fault, I would have accepted that. I was not at fault, this company did not provide the service that was promised. I will be requesting a full refund from my credit card company. read more

He entertained me and my family the whole trip with stories and amazing conversations. He was very knowledgable about the area and made sure to point out things we should check out next time. I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I was in need of a ride from Colorado Springs to Denver International Airport over Labor Day Weekend. I would normally have used the Front Range Express (FREX) but unfortunately, they are no longer receiving the funding necessary to continue their routes, and it has stopped running. I called and made a reservation to be picked up from one of their locations, but on the scheduled day, I got a call from Corey a mere hour and a half before I was supposed to be picked up, informing me that there were "technical issues" with one of their vans. He said that there was another van that was going to DIA that was leaving in about 30 minutes, and I told him that I would be there even though it was going to be tight timing on such short notice. (I doubt there were even issues with the van - I'm guessing they couldn't fill my van and didn't want to waste a trip on a single passenger.) I left as soon as I could, and arrived at the location just 2 minutes after the meeting time, but the bus was not there. I called Corey for an explanation, and he told me that I was not there at the required time. I was pretty upset, seeing as how I now had no form of transportation to the airport and my flight was leaving later that afternoon. Then, in one of the most unprofessional responses I've ever heard, Corey began to swear at me, stating how it was "not his f-ing problem that I wasn't at the location on time," never once at least apologizing for the inconvenience they had caused me. He was hardly even helpful in giving me another shuttle service's number, but their next van left too late for me to catch my flight, so my brother's friend had to cancel his afternoon meetings and drive me all the way to the airport. It was that or a $200+ cab ride. It's too bad that the FREX is no longer running, forcing people to even consider using Front Range Shuttle as an option to transport them to the airport. These guys have one job to do, and that is getting their customers to the airport. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left stranded in the Springs. - Short notice on my forced reservation change - The reservation change in the first place - Why wouldn't Corey call me to ask where I was when I had already told him that it might be close timing? Never used this company before, always used the (only) other shuttle service between DIA & COS airports. I didn't book on-line due to the date on their website of 2011; i called and Cory answered and booked via the phone. Took a chance on this one because we'd have to wait for 3 hrs for the next pickup time of the other shuttle service and was too long for us to wait. What prompted me to write a review was their schedule. I was booked along w/ 3 others from Denver DIA to Colorado Springs for business. I found out during the trip that no other bookings on our trip and were not making other stops along the route!! I was dumbfounded; the other shuttle service always stopped at their locations whether anyone booked or not in my experience (never inquired about their policy). The van we were passengers were clean and overall good condition; all items were working. The windshield had two long cracks on them, but one was near the edge & the other was very low on the bottom; they didn't abstract the view. No clue if they have replaced them or not since my trip. In addition my experience w/ our driver Richard Funk was very nice, he was attentive, helpful & not overbearing e.g. too talkative. I've read couple of bad reviews about the bearded/ smelly driver, but our experience w/ Richard Funk was sincerely pleasant. We arrived early for our meetings and got some extra time to prepare, will defiantly use again when we have to shuttle between the airports. read more

Myself and another distressed passenger made the mistake of accidentally booking with Front Range Shuttle and were unable to call prior to the 5am pickup to cancel as they do not open until 5! As soon as we called upon them opening, we were informed that a supervisor would call us back. 48 hours later I contact them and a manager tells me that we are S.O.L. and to call someone else!! Completely disrespectful, horrible service, and extremely rude. I don't care about the $44...after 2 days stuck in an airport (and out HUNDREDS of dollars!) the last thing I want to hear is a condescending supervisor insult and talk down to me. I was in a dilemma and needed a ride to DIA ASAP. It was very last minute, and front range came to save the day. The woman who answered the phone(Carrie) was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to get me a ride within 30 minutes of me calling her.. And she even gave me a discount! The driver (Stanley?) picked me up at the apartment in a brand new SUV. On the way to DIA he pointed out different places in Colorado and told me about things I wasn't able to see during my visit. Overall, my experience was great with front range. I arranged a roundtrip ride to and from DIA with Front Range Shuttle and had the pleasure of having a driver named "Dennis" for both trips. Front Range was affordable, dependable and on time. Dennis was able to accommodate my early arrival in Denver and squeezed me in on an earlier ride back to the Springs and saved me a 2 hour wait. I can tell you firsthand, they have terrible customer service, but they know they're the only shuttle from Colorado Springs to Denver Airport, so people keep using them, even though their service is terrible. I have been in CS for a few short months and had to fly on short notice to Dallas. I didn't want to drive 1 1/2 hrs alone or have my husband drive 3 hrs back and forth. I decided to try the Front Range Shuttle Service. Everything went like clockwork! Driver's were safe on Rte 25. On time and very knowledgeable on the area. Uniquely courteous! I'm from NJ, we do not have this type of service there. Everything is "time is money" in NJ. Not these drivers. I've used their executive car service twice. The first time was a wonderful experience. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver is a delightful man - very kind and courteous. The second time I use the executive car service, I was picked up in the shuttle. I was a bit surprised by this as I was expecting the nice comfortable car. If I had known that I would be riding in the van, I would have saved myself $100.00 and booked the shuttle at the airport. I had the same driver again who said that he was instructed to pick me up with the van instead of the car - but did not know why. When I arrived at the airport I called in and spoke with the most unpleasant man. He was extremely rude and refused to let me speak with someone else. He said that he heard about my concern from the driver and said that someone told them there would be more than three people so the van was sent. When I tried to relay the conversation I had when I booked the car, he interrupted me and started yelling at me. He yelled "quit bashing me over the head about it" and "sorry your F-ing rear end did not touch fine leather". I was so shocked. I asked if he would have the owner call me and he said "NO". He said he would ask the owner to refund part of the fair, but would not have him call me. 2 weeks went by with no action, refund or contact. I called back and spoke with a young lady who told me they do not have a 'Thomas' who works there (the unpleasant man did not give his real name). The young lady said that she would have the owner call me back, but he never did. I wonder if it was the owner who was so rude to begin with... Bottom line - I will never do business with this company again. Extremely POOR customer service from management. I feel bad for the driver who is a lovely person. I hope they treat their drivers better than their customers. read more

Beware, when this company gets your money all help stops. if your out of town forget it, they don't make sure you are being picking up at the right location, and you try to talk with them they start yelling at you there's nothing were going to do. but you will still be charged. I will NEVER book with this company again. I reserved a shuttle for a Saturday afternoon to DIA. A friends schedule cleared up for that Saturday so I was offered a ride to Denver by him. I immediately called Front Range to reschedule my pick up for my return flight, which would be the following Monday from DIA to Colorado Springs airport. Just so happens my flight returning to DIA for Monday was delayed twice. The flight would arrive at DIA long after Front Ranges last route to COS. I called Front Range to advise them of the delay, provided my flight information and the guy confirmed that my flight had indeed been delayed. I was told that a full refund would be issued and to expect to see the refund in 3-5 days since the delay was due to no fault of my own. Three to five days went by with NO refund so finally on the 7th day I called Front Range. I spoke with a gentleman who informed me that I would not be receiving a refund due to my original booking day. He didn't offer any alternatives and was full of sly remarks. They did NOT issue a refund even though I never rode the shuttle. I will NEVER book with Front Range again.
