I used Mark and Marcos for a trip to Red Rocks recently. They provided a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter Limousine that thoroughly impressed the group of clients I was entertaining for the evening. The Sprinter was white glove clean, fully stocked and smelled wonderful - as a frequent host for my clients I've ordered party buses/limos before and they stunk of cigar smoke or Jersey Shore sweat. None of that with A Advantages Sprinter! The Chauffeur, Robert was as amazing as well. Polite, on time, courteous the whole 9 yds. We will definitely be looking to A Advantage Limousine for future limousine transportation to: DIA, Red Rocks, Broncos or any Occasion where luxury transportation is needed. I thought I was renting a Mercedes Sprinter or at least one of the other nice sprinters on their website. I instead was picked up on my wedding day in a sprinter not like anything I had seen on the site. Keep in mind this was on my wedding day. I was not able to sit in the back with my wedding party but instead in front next to the driver with trash, empty water bottles, half drank water bottles, dirty rags. It was absolutely disgusting & horrible. I will not recommend their services it was a total waste of money and added unnecessary stress on my wedding day! read more

This service was great! They were flexible with me having to change my reservation a few times, the first due to pushing our wedding back 9 months for COVID and the second when we changed the vehicle type. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice and thoughtful. We had rented the large party bus to bring all of our wedding party to the venue - this was the best decision - the only downside was that the ride wasn't long enough! My husband and I then took the Tesla back to the hotel after our wedding - the ride was comfortable and the driver accommodating. The only thing I would say is the driver on the ride home tried to maintain conversation, and we were so tired after a long wedding day. Very professional driver. She was wonderful with 14 seniors going to prom. The best part of this service was that they honored a quote I received from a competitor that later wouldn't honor their own quote (you'll find that crazy service from all their nasty rebuttals to their bad reviews). This was one of the best arrangements we had made to get a large group to the airport. we left very early and our driver was on time and was ready for us. the cost was great considering we had two families on one limo bus. It was well cleaned and stocked and our driver got us there so quickly we were not ready to get out we wanted to spend more time on our party bus adventure to DIA. We had a delayed flight on the return but he was still waiting for us when we got back to the airport. Great job! I will be using this company again for our next adventure! read more

$1000, a/c broke half an hour into our rental, owner blamed us. Also, 5 people noticed the urine smell immediately upon entering the limo. They also denied that they could smell anything. I would spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Unfortunately, the driver was very nice and great. I hired A Advantage Limousine for a party bus to shuttle a bunch of my wedding guests to and from the wedding venue the hotel that we had a room block at. Everything was great, up until the day before our wedding, they called to say that they had accidentally double booked and wouldn't be able to pick up our bus of people until an hour after the time we wanted. We had to push our wedding start time, which was not ideal because our venue also kicked us out early, so our whole event time was condensed significantly. The bus driver did a good job, though, and went above and beyond for our guests and their needs. I was just really disappointed by the double booking issue - the person who relayed that news said something along the lines that they were driving and on the phone when they confirmed our booking time so they weren't looking at their calendar, which is unprofessional. No discount for the mistake, just inconvenience and an apology. Our guests absolutely loved the party bus, so that was ultimately what mattered, but it was hard for me, the bride, to enjoy myself the day before our wedding when I got this news and had to change the times on all the schedules I had printed out for the out-of-towner goodie bags I made, call all the rest of our vendors to tell them the wedding start time change, tell all our guests that everything was going to start later, and swallowing the fact that we were going to get less time with our guests who flew from all over the country to be with us. read more

We have used A Advantage for years with great success. We started in 2006 when our daughter was a junior in high school, using them to take her and friends to dances. They are respectful of the kids but do not allow any inappropriate behavior. We have used them to transport my mother to and from DIA. She looks forward to her trips with them. I am sadly in shock that this company was barely 1 star for me. I was recommended to use this company for transportation for my wedding. We set it up easily and were very pleased with the initial professionalism of the company. Then the wedding day came. We were picked up late by our limo to take myself and some of the wedding party to the venue. Next, the limo was very run down and old. I tried to make a joke we were stepping back into the 90s as the anxiety built inside me. Then as we were getting ready to leave the hotel to go to the venue, the limo died. It isn't moving and the driver is panicking. So we are all packed inside this limo (8 of us) on a very hot day. This is when we discover that not only will the limo not start but we also have NO working air conditioning. It is my wedding day. My hair and makeup are flawless as I begin to sweat profusely. One bridesmaid who is further in the limo becomes sick from the heat. We are already late and now we are sitting in a hot limo not sure how we are going to get to the wedding. The driver finally got the engine started and we slowly made the treck to the venue. We had to drive slow for fear the limo would die again. I was very hot and very anxious. I want to mention the venue was up on a very rocky road so it was a nerve racking ride. The limo then had to make another trip back to the hotel to pick up the rest of the wedding party and the groom. Luckily one of the bridesmaids suggested to the driver that he stop off and add coolant to the limo. That helped the remaining passengers get a bit more out of the broken air conditioning. None the less without the bridesmaid's suggestion, the men would have arrived even hotter. The limo clearly was not prepared to be used. Regardless it was not in a good working condition. We had also used this company to transport myself and my new husband in a Rolls Royce from the venue back to the hotel. The owner, Marcos made a statement to my husband that "I probably should have had the car serviced" in response to my husband asking "are we going to make it?!?" The rolls Royce was barely making it and was putting along. It seemed obvious that once again, this car had not been properly maintained. I truly want anyone who needs a clean, updated and efficient ride to find a different company. The owner was very rude about providing any sort of refund. He stated that we made it to the venue so we should be happy. He did give us half of our payment back which was the least he could do. He is lucky I am a very reasonable person and am able to make the best out of any situation. But sick bridesmaids and sweaty brides are generally not the way to go. If I could give this company 0 stars I really would. Booking everything was simply and done very professionally I had no concerns about the limo it was literally the last thing on my mind since everything went so smoothly with booking for our wedding. Since pick up our limo driver was rude and rushing us to hurry up. He was late 1st of all then he was rushing us top it off as if it were our fault. Last minute I had to change our photo location because there was a wedding where we originally wanted to take pictures and he yelled at my maid of honor saying he's done this multiple times and our original location was better that he was not taking us to the other location. I had to step up and tell him there was no way we could go to this location because there was a wedding and we could get fined if we were there while a wedding was happening. So that was that we made it to our photo spot. While we were taking photos he was yelling like a crazy person that we had to leave NOW because he had another pick up that he needed to make. We booked him for 5 hours he arrives at 12:30 and expected us to leave at 4:15 because his pick up was at 4:30 for the next job how does that even match up and we were 30 minutes away from the hall. He made a huge scene with my photographer and videographer so they offered to drive us to the hall so he could leave. I agreed the bridesmaid could go and he left me, bride, groom, and all our groomsmen at the park. All that wasn't the worst part when he arrived at the hall he yelled at my mother in law saying he needed to get paid and he did not care about leaving us behind at the park. He also said, "I don't care if I was rude, my kids are in college and I own this limo company and I can do whatever I want." My mother in law went inside to grab the money to pay him and he drove off. We agreed wed deal with it come Monday morning but Sunday I received an email saying he withdrew the money from our account. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He still left us at the park went on to yell at my mother in law and called all my bridesmaids liars. Im glad he took his money out of my account and I never have to deal with him again. He was literally the one and only problem on our wedding day. So thank you A Advantage for being so professional towards my family on our wedding day! read more

Mislead. Unfortunately we were mislead by the owner of the car we rented for a wedding. They have two rolls and I specifically request the older elegant model. When I saw the model that picked up the groom I was devastated! It was the wrong car! Since price was never an issue I was surprised when I called Maurice (?) and he said he owned the older car and since he is the the one who drives that car he was unavailable. He also tried to convince me I had rented the other car. Wrong wrong wrong!!! Fortunately the car was not an issue in the grand scheme of this beautiful wedding. No one paid attention to the car and our groom who has a self driving Tesla transported both the bride and groom around as needed after the initial drop off at the church and the venue. Warning to all .....they mislead people and won't take ownership for it! Marvin did offer the car at a later date for pictures ....what a joke ! Mark has driven our family to and from the airport for at least three vacations and he is always prompt, funny, and the cars have always been clean. I have also had Marcos drive me to the airport for work. It is so nice to come home from a long work trip and have someone waiting at the terminal with a warm car and a bottle of water. We are not allowed to use the garage for work trips and waiting outside for a shuttle to offsite parking or navigating the economy lot at night is not something I will ever do again if I can help it.
