I have gone with friends, with co-workers, with groups, and even have season tickets for one sport. I have also as an ASU staff member worked with Sun Devil Athletics to engage students further into attending events and having SDA staff and coaches speak to groups of student leaders and on-campus residents. I have also enjoyed visiting the SDA offices and stores in the past. This is a great department at ASU and has worked diligently with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members to make spirit, pride, and tradition something really special at ASU. I have always worked with great SDA team members whether as a season ticket holder, an ASU staff member, or an ASU alum. The SDA staff have helped me in arranging discount codes for Homecoming reunions and have also accepted my request to visit student staff trainings on-campus promoting both SDA and the student sections like the Inferno and 942 Crew (and previously the Herbivores). They are always open to feedback, and I am always intrigued to see what they come up with to engage students, staff, and faculty each year. Today, I attended an ASU Men's Basketball game in Desert Financial Arena. I am a season ticket holder for this sport though I have attended other sports here and there supporting our Sun Devils. I have enjoyed special season ticket holder events that have been arranged during some years. Whether we are in DFA, Mountain America Stadium, Mullett Arena, or in one of the many other athletics facilities at ASU, you can see the attention to detail and the push for spirit, pride, and tradition just by looking around any of them. While I know that not everyone in the Greater Phoenix area is a Sun Devil alum or fan or even a sports fan in general. If you get a chance to visit any Sun Devil Athletics event, you'll be in for a treat as a lot of intentionality goes into preparing the experience for the student athletes and the fans and attendees. It's amazing how they can train the horses to do things and sometimes some of the horses don't want to corroborate but they help the horse to stay focus. They must train really hard for the performances and etc. it's amazing what they can do! There's aerobics, lovely music, horses & beautiful performances. Also the music is played live with the guitar, violin & the singing(I believe). The seats were really good better then concert seating with much more room. Any where you sit you have a great view. If you do sit all the way in the front you might get wet. Also they had bathrooms outside. They did have some portable bathrooms but they also had a trailer which was really nice bathrooms, with a sink inside. Bought tickets on Groupon. Saved a few bucks. Also you do have to pay for parking, it's $15. Definitely worth coming to see this show!

We ended up waiting outside in cold, rainy weather because the powers that be decided to add 200 VIP seats but didn't plan for it! Due to scheduling conflicts we could not return another night, so we were stuck waiting in line as we watched the General Admission folks walk right in. Once inside the VIP tent, and finally receiving your VIP lanyard, there were more lines for the bars and buffet. So why the 5 star rating? Because the show is spectacular!! To witness these beautiful animals and so talented individuals perform is like slowly watching a memorable dream unfold... I have to agree with past reviews, and can't really add to the awe you will experience during the performance.. As if the performance is not enough, there is live music all around. Phenomenal voices, gifted musicians, matching mood lighting.. truly a wonderful evening.. So , In closing, someone at Cavalia needs to review the VIP experience. Don't let a black eye slowly be the one thing that attendees share with everyone else. Previously called ASU Multi-Purpose Arena, Arizona State University's Mullett Arena is a special…read moreplace to be when visiting the ASU Tempe Campus. It is an indoor multipurpose arena with 5,000 seats and is home to ASU men's ice hockey, women's ice hockey, women's volleyball, and men's wrestling as well as the NBA G League's Valley Suns. Mullett Arena also was a temporary venue for the NHL Arizona Coyotes for several years. I actually stopped by Mullett Arena today for some ASU graduation festivities. It was the Sun Devil Athletics Stole Ceremony. From the comfortable seating and concourse around the inside of the arena, this arena was laid out well and served as a great event space. Some other events taking place over the next few months include the Arizona Juggernauts arena football games, the Stifel Stars on Ice, and the Riot Games LCS Spring Finals (two days). and the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. Clearly, the space can be used for a lot of different purposes. The Mountain America Community Iceplex at ASU is the ice rink on the west side of Mullett Arena. It has a concession stand for hot and cold refreshments and a full hockey pro shop. Temporary locker rooms were also setup for visiting teams when the Coyotes played there. The building also housed all of the on-site NHL training and locker room facilities during the Coyotes' temporary stay at the Mullett Arena. The arena is a great place to be for many different sorts of events, and it's still a rather new complex! I certainly recommend it.
