DO NOT PURCHASE tickets online. The times r deceptive and inaccurate. Lack professionalism, AND zero communication upon boarding. Also I was left by the Bus Driver at the San Ysidro crossing allowing w several other people, THEY don't care to accommodate passengers and was LEFT stranded. This was unsafe, dangerous, irresponsible. (I am a womyn traveling alone) IMAGINE how I felt when i learned I was left behind? After they left me I missed my connection and was left waiting 4 hours. SAVE ya coin DONT DO IT! Also When I called to report the driver, the customer service representative was trying to justify the actions of the driver and doubted what I was sharing. Very disrespectful, lack of professionalism. Horrible experience would NEVER recommend. read more

The driver was behaving badly against the elderly and when asked for the name of the driver so we can file a report it was not given. We where helping someone on to the bus and he started complaining that he was late and to get of the bus and started getting mad at the elder we all in all we are never going back unless it is to complain about the driver read more

I tried this place because im new to LA and was gping for a flight to Tijuana.... the departure times are not clear and they NEED to change that... good thing is I was there 2 departures before just because I know places like this exist and I didn't wanted to miss my flight with any inconvenience... the buses are not clean they're too old and almost falling apart... the vans are ok I mean I know it is a cheap place... When coming back I got the van behind the McDonalds but I saw that the van has no timing it just goes whenever... not sure of how that works I think we just need to guess and invest time figuring out... read more

i was hesitant to use this service because of the formerreviews but they did come through 1000% and on christmas eve!! it meant a lot to us as first timers traveling to mexico. we got to the bus pick-up location, which im assuming is their new one on Florence in city of Bell (seems like they haven't updated their address for this location yet but it's in a plaza right next to tacos gavilan). there was good parking to unload our luggage. we were greeted kindly and the bus did arrive right on time and departed in a timely manner too. they drove so well and on time to our destination. the transportation shuttle from san diego to tijuana was also amazing. our family got a little lost behind from the others traveling at the tijuana border check-in but the driver was patiently waiting for us and made sure to help us get to the shuttle with the rest of the people traveling. everything was super smooth and great. i'll definitely be relying on this service again. read more

Had a memorable experience when a young man when up to the counter and didn't have enough money to go back to his home town and the owners gave him a discount on his ticket. Their service here is horrible! My mom purchased a ticket a day before her flight out of TJ from Lakewood for 6 AM and I was told to arrive early. I am there at 5:45 in the morning and the people at the donut shop tell me the bus has already left. I contact the office and they are telling me that the bus was there early because there was no traffic and they had no control the traffic, which I completely understand, but there is no reason why the bus should leave earlier than the departure time set on the ticket which is 6 AM. So I was told my mom was going to be picked up at 7 AM with the next bus and it's already about to be 7:30 AM and no bus. I am calling the office and the lady in there her name is Lorena is being very rude and while I'm trying to ask her for information she decides to ignore me an answer other calls and talk to others while I am trying to speak to her. When the bus driver finally arrives to pick up my mom he starts being rude with her and telling her things. And now MY MOM MISSED HER FLIGHT . I'm speaking with the supervisor and she tells me that not only do they not have record of my moms name but also that the departure of the bus was supposed to be at 5:48 AM from Lakewood. I don't understand why that was not on the departure Ticket to begin with. Even then keep in mind that We are there at 5:45 AM waiting for the bus turns out the bus left at 5:30 in the morning. Now they don't want to be responsible for anything other than reimbursement of the bus ticket. This is crazy! I am a driver myself and leaving earlier than your departure time is not acceptable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place but if you decide you want their services Please make sure you're provided with BETTER SERVICE and ACCURATE DEPARTURE TIMES!!!! read more

I've used their services before and I've never had a problem with them but today when my brother bought a round trip ticket to Las Vegas to visit his son, he was told that his bus would be running late but they weren't sure how late...turns out his bus was three hours late! Seriously??!! 3 hours late! He was getting to Las Vegas late enough as it is, now he's getting there at 3 in the morning! This is unacceptable...this is the first time something like this happens and I really hope this is the last time! I will change my review when I experience a different kind of service from them. read more

I purchased a ticket from the Huntington Park office and was told that if I lost my ticket, I would be register on the system and to just called to retrieved my ticket number. Unfortunately, I lost my ticket at the Tijuana airport and decided to call the Huntington Park office but they had me called the San Ysidrio office to confirm. I contact both offices and knowone was able to help me with my situation. I personally don't recommend this bus station so for my next trip, I'm considering Inter California. Inter California charges $4 dollars more for the round trip which I hope I don't get treated the same way I did with Fronteras Del Norte. Worst experience and definitely consider someone else and avoid this awful business company. read more

Horrible service. Got to my bus "stop" (which isn't even a legal stop, just a gas station) at 4:50am, my bus was supposed to arrive at 5:47am. I wanted to get there early to ensure I didn't miss it. At 5:30 I called for an ETA and the person who picked up said the bus was already 25 minutes from LA. Is is not PHYSICALLY possible to be from Bakersfield to LA if the bus was supposed to pick me up at 5:47. It was an issue on their end, I was told I wasn't on the drivers "pick up sheet". I asked what I was supposed to do now since I was driven 35 minutes there and had stood there in 40° rainy weather and they told me the next bus was till the NEXT DAY. I expect a refund + collateral damage for me having to drive there and back, and having to be put through such extreme weather conditions only to find out the bus never intended to pick me up in the first place. Not to mention this is the SECOND time this has happened, the first time I thought it might've been an error so i let it go, but now it's happened again so it's definitely an issue on their end. I will be looking into if they have a permit for this bus stop or if it's unregistered, it is very unsafe especially for a female carrying luggage to stand at a gas station at 5am. Now i won't be in LA in time for a very important appointment, very disappointed. read more

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. On the way to Yakima Wa the bathroom were dirty and gross. On the way back the heater wasn't working and it was freezing cold that you just couldn't sleep or relax. When I got back home I called and was advise to contact Sonia which she is office manager, well I have to say for being office manager she need more office training and learn to return phone calls when you tell passenger or a customer you'll call back. It took me a month and a week to resolve my problem (complaint) she intact told me I would get a refund and get half my money back and said I can go by the bus station and pick it up and when I got there I only receive partial of my money. I personally advise that ALL employees get better training when dealing with customers specially a manager. If they had a good qualify and office skill they're wouldn't have unhappy customers. I sure will not recommend this place to no one and I will not travel with them NO MORE!!!! read more
