Stirling was willing to _move_ some of the existing fence to minimize the cost. I am very happy with the result. The did a great job matching the existing design and sightlines. The installation started off smoothly with a great hardworking team of men- Ramon, Catalino and Rojelio. We had a slight glitch as our steel posts weren't ordered correctly but Victor submitted a rush and we were back on schedule. When you have a home in the forest, installing a fence amongst Ponderosa pines and existing landscape is a challenge. The men were masterful at creating a box around several trees. The fence is just what we imagined and more. Thank goodness for Victor- he was always respectful and responsive. And even more importantly for having a dedicated crew of men who worked tirelessly to not only get the job done with some limitations but do an exceptional job. Just attempting to get an estimate is torture. First, you are sent to a place 3 or 4 hours away,…read morethey don't know who works up here, then once you get connected to someone, don't expect anything to happen quickly. I waited over a week for the guy to show up, then waited another week for the estimate. Review the estimate and its not complete. Call and ask for a new updated estimate with all necessary items and have waited over a week again for something that can be completed within 10 minutes. I will never do business with Liberty Fence. More notably, they apparently don't want my business.

Called American Fence Co for an appraisal on some work at my property in Lakeside. They showed up…read moreon time, took measurements and said they would get back to me in a day or two with a quote. After 2 weeks of not hearing back, I called them to get that quote. I was told they would get back to me later in the day. After a couple more days of not hearing from them again, I called back and told them to forget it, the work went to they're competitor. I don't understand how a business can stay in business with this type of practice, just doesn't make sense to me, but somehow they are still open for business.
