I called KGJ Roofing because of a few leaks in my roof. I spoke with Shirley, who is helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. She had an inspector come out right away. I appreciated that he was very friendly and professional. Although my roof is in terrible shape, he told me that we could do a patch job to hold it off until after winter. He didn't try to upsell me, which is unusual in most businesses. They managed to squeeze me into their full schedule. The three guys who came out were very professional and did a great job. Had them re flash and replace my roof from ridge line to gutter when a sky light leaked 3 years after fly by night re roof in '18. Don't ever take advice of who to hire from an insurance adjuster. Now another leak so KGJ stripped the back roof and are taking out 3 skylight. First time as a woman I'd been taken advantage of. They said the Tar Heel and the Indian family that worked the job didn't do anything right. Luckily we can afford to pay out of pocket since insurance doesn't cover skylight leaks. Do not put skylights in. Put in a light fixture behind glass instead if you wan't the look of one which is what I am replacing them with. read more

The problem was due to what some might say was a shoddy re-roofing job performed by a sub the prior year. He is experienced and very knowledgeable about his trade, all things roofing, and very diligent in his work. Pat inspected roof and measured it all and noticed some wind damage he felt my be covered by my insurance. I was ready to just write a check for a new roof and this information ended up saving me 14k. The Forman Scott was terrific and communicating and sending me pics as I was in Tucson at my primary residence during the roof replacement. I truly feel compelled to write this review for KGJ Roofing after I recently had to replace the roof in a house I purchased in Heber, AZ. I was quite uncertain and doubtful about the choices to be made on a major part of my home...and I am no roof expert at all. After some research I selected KGJ Roofing and I am so glad I did it. They installed an outstanding shingle roof and a full gutters system. Patrick Grado was my point of contact at KGJ Roofing. He provided me with a reliable and detail oriented guidance, which enabled me to make the right choices. In addition, he personally followed the roof and gutters installation work ensuring that all details were addressed as planned. His inputs made me feel comfortable on the process decision making and the cost incurred. At gutters installation time then, KGJ Roofing had Clint and Clayton take care of the old gutters removal and the new gutters installation. They were both as detail-oriented as I am and really did an excellent job. When an unforeseen circumstance presented itself in the course of installation, they both worked with Patrick and their supervisor Scott to resolve the item to my full satisfaction. On a needed wood work inside the house, KGJ Roofing sent Kelly, who resolved the issue in a few hours. Quite honestly, a great team altogether. We had the roof on our 20 year old home in Show Low replaced by KGJ Roofing this year and couldn't be happier.
