I am literally mid-appointment. Triteny is asking her manager a question for me. she is so compassionate and caring, I feel like she's going out on a limb for me. I definitely want to get all my supplies and education here in future. read more

Jessie from the Cozad office who does repair service for them came in the door blaming the patient/client for all the chairs problem and using bad language, from the start. He said the patient/client hadn't told him what all was wrong so he didn't have the right parts. He did some repair and put parts on backwards and such that my son-in-law had to take apart and fix. All around VERY unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid him if you can. Monte G. read more

I would not recommend doing business with them. Terrible customer service. The person who helped us was very rude. Also, their prices are much too high. I feel as though they just want to take advantage of the older population, which is not ok! read more
