The only negative I can come up with is that it took considerably longer to move than I expected, so the cost was considerably more than I expected. But on the positive side, they wrapped everything single piece of furniture in moving blankets and cellophane. So nothing was damaged. Let's be realistic... 2 guys working 8 hours actually trying to do a good, careful job is not going to be cheap. But I will use them again because I know what to expect and appreciate the results. If your furnishings are crap find someone cheaper to handle the job.
