They have loads of vegan options for their fruit bowls and smoothies. Additionally, they now serve hamburgers and other salad bowls. I always opt for an açaí bowl. The folks that work their are all incredible, friendly, super helpful and fast. Can't speak their praises enough. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating in the area if you want to eat your food there, but they typically always ask if you'd like a lid to go. When handed my drink I was offered a chance to try it to see if it was to my liking because she said she could make it sweeter or more tart if needed but it was spot on. The workers are always so kind. They offer fresh options and are quick with orders. I love the acia bowl and the fact that they are customizable. One of the best fresh options I have found downtown and fairly priced. The location is easy to walk to and quick. At the fROOT Bowl restaurant located in the Williams/BOK tower Downtown Tulsa, OK, the young lady with the dark brown hair has a very unprofessional attitude. From management to management, I will not spend my money at any restaurant that has horrible hospitality for the customer, and I would make sure all employees are well trained in chivalry and being polite. I've tried giving her the benefit of doubt such as "maybe she isn't a morning person" or "she is dealing with issues outside of work". However, there is NO need for her to be in the restaurant service industry if her attitude is deficiently awful. read more

this came at the perfect timing when i wasn't THAT hungry, i just knew i needed something on the go as i was running errands most of the day. i ordered the (smoothie) bowl "dragon". the dragon bowl consists of dragonfruit blended with almond milk, berries, banana & lemon. it's then topped off with coconut, kiwi & blackberries. it was good from the first bite. the coconut was a nice touch. it's slightly sweet, a hint of tartness from the lemon. the bowl is a nice size (coming in at $9). you may think that's a lot for a smoothie bowl, the bowls come in a nice amount, it'll leave you full. i can imagine how something like the pb & banana bowl can leave you feeling. they have a good selection of bowls & smoothies. they even have juices that they keep chilled in a fridge before you get to the cash register. if it's your first time, you might look at the menu over & over before you make a final decisions. with selections such as acai bowl, yoga, power bowl & smoothie green, you'd be coming back for me. don't forget to get a card once you make a purchase. make a certain number of visits & you'll get a smoothie for free! read more

I visited on 8/3/19. First let me say super cute little cafe! It was bright and cheery (on this dull rainy day) and the staff were really nice! The smoothie bowls are HUGE I don't think the pictures do it justice! I could have ordered 2 bowls instead of 3. Neither my daughter nor I were able to finish ours! I got us both the PB and Banana. Super tasty and not overly sweet. I like that they don't add any extra sugar and they make their own peanut butter. It was tasty but again my daughter and I could have halved one bowl. We were both stuffed. I order 3 bowls to go (2 PB and Banana and 1 Açaí bowl). My boyfriend will be eating the Açaí bowl in the morning for breakfast and I will update this review then. I think my only real critique is I wish they had 2 size options for the bowls. The 12 oz. is great but again it's bigger than you think and I would have liked something half that size. OMG!!!!! This place is amazing! Great healthy options from the different bowls and smoothies. I love this concept, wish we had one of these in Dallas. The employees were friendly and hospitable. I traveled to Tulsa for work on and off for a year and a half, and I always make sure to stop by Froot Bowls. The owner (Mike) makes a quality product and has exceptional customer service. Everything is customizable and he uses fresh ingredients (Try the homemade peanut butter!). I travel a lot for work and have yet to find a place that makes smoothie bowls as thick as fROOT bowls (More expensive places in Chicago and even Hawaii don't come close). I usually order the Power Bowl or PB & Banana bowl after a workout, but I've loved everything I've tried on the menu. Ask for a peanut better drizzle if you like peanut butter.
