Time after time there was always something wrong with my replacements, wrong color, wrong size. My first lower permanent bridge broke after a few months, as far as my top veneers go, he changed to now going to do crowns instead but again, issue after issue with size, shape, fit and color. Dr. blamed it on his assistants and the lab. I reminded him his name is the business so everything is his responsibility. In January 2025 I terminated my business with him as it is now over four years and they just keep getting it wrong. Dr. Hanson agreed to reimburse me, I paid cash upfront for my services. However, he decided I would have to wait for some other patients insurance payment b4 he would cut me a check. I got it in April only after having to call again and again and show up at his office. The check was written on Feb 27th, he doubled down on poor care in holding my funds so I couldn't pursue another dentist, I am talking over $7K. This story has much more terrible details, I am giving the Readers Digest version. I will be filing a complaint with the medical dentist board. He's a damn quack and doesn't care. Run, run, run!! His staff is nice and try hard, I am sure they are well aware of his incompetence and some of them had compassion for my situation. Worst medical care of my life and I am 68! Oh yes, lets not forget that while working with him for over four years I had a tooth that bothered me, after his xray he informed me I needed a root canal. Ironically, after going to a new competent dentist, who had the xrays from PD, informed me there was no need for root canal, had me look at the xrays also to show what wasn't there. Had a cleaning every 6 months. During that time she had the same hygienist until the last cleaning in November 2019. The former hygienist never told her verbally she had a cavity that needed treatment. Although, she had written it in her notes. Which my daughter never saw. My daughter told the hygienist a few times that that tooth felt weird. The hygienist said it was fine. She was told a couple times she needed her wisdom teeth removed. Which we had removed this summer 2019. Fast forward to fall 2019. She went in for a routine cleaning with a new hygienist. That was when she was told she needed a root canal and crown on that tooth she was never told had decay. Not sure how one can go to a cleaning 4 different times in 2 years and was never told she needed a filling. But according to the office manager she was told. My daughter is a straight A student and very responsible. This is BS!!!! This is the icing on the cake!!! When I did call to find out how this happened, the receptionist told me that hygienist no longer worked there because she was making MISTAKES!!! So now I know that they had an incompetent employee who they had issues with and fired. I called the office manager to find out what they were going to do about it. Her response: The dr said that because the notes were in the file, they would not take any responsibility for the mistake. REALLY! Maybe if the dr would have at least acknowledged what had happened and was willing to work out a resolution, I would not be writing this NEGATIVE review. Now my daughter has to have a root canal and crown costing us $600-$800 which would have cost us $50 for a filling!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would have appreciated Dr. Hansen to at least discuss this with me and be willing offer a resolution. That never happened.

I am such a chicken when it comes to dental work that I had to take my prescription anxiety medication before arriving. I also requested the nitrous gas. I did not even know when Dr. Johnson gave me the injection to numb my mouth. I did not feel hardly anything. He said he injected the medicine really slow. It went much better than I thought and before I knew it he was done. My tooth felt great. I was able to eat dinner this evening and I have no tooth pain. He is the best dentist I have ever gone to in 30 years!! Great with people with dental anxiety!! I been going here for 7 years and lived all over in Denver and also New York and Texas. Never had a better dentist and I am very picky! Amazing dentist he is the best in town!! Thank you for doing such a great job on my tooth!!

The dentist I had before Dr Dave was simply in it for the money - to replace every filling and do everything she could think of to squeeze another procedure out of me and my husband. So I am a skeptic for sure. But Dr Dave has turned me around. He listens, takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable - and he is really good at what he does, and FAST! I want to get out of that chair as quick as possible, and he is so good as well as being fast. He recently discovered a big problem in a cracked tooth I had - he referred me to a specialist. He could have done a crown himself and put the $$ in his pocket, but he said that he didn't believe that would be in my best interests. So he went that extra mile and I am very impressed! The entire office staff is wonderful, caring, and happy - great customer service. He also spent a lot of cash making his office safe because of COVID, from air purifiers in each room, to a state of the art air filtration system for the entire office suite that protects the air in his offices from the others in the building and sanitizes it. I had broken a piece of the veneer off my front tooth when I bit into a hidden bone in my chicken…read moresandwich. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Davis within 24 hours! Wow! I thought once he looked at the damage, we would make an appointment later down the road to make the repair, but Dr Davis asked me if I wanted it fixed immediately. I said yes and within 20 minutes I had a completely repaired veneer on my most visible front tooth. Painless and fast......all my favorite goals when visiting the dentist. Dr. Davis's whole team is the best and keep me wanting more. Next time I'm hoping for a nice root canal or a deep gum cleaning. Can't wait. Maybe I'll start flossing.

When I first met Dr. Davis, my current dentist was wanting to pull all of my old fillings and replace them at a wonderful cost to me. Dr. Davis not only shot new X-rays, fixed a hole in the filling my previous dentist had just done, and did a full exam deciding on only needing a small number of fillings, he also worked out a payment plan for me for my co-pay. Dr. Davis also worked with me when my wisdom teeth were pulled by referring me out to a great oral surgeon, but also by doing some in office care so I didn't have togo between the offices. His staff is always friendly, and just amazing. Dr. Davis and his staff make you feel at home as they immediately are using your name as soon as you walk in the office and remember small details about your life (remembered I was leaving for law school, the school I was going to and when I was leaving). Also, their response time through their website is amazing! This is the dentist office that truly cares!
