Dr Brown is kind and great with children, he's pretty much a magician. My oldest has autism and has had two sedation visits (because of sensory issues with small procedures) and they both went fine. The staff is wonderful with working with kids with special needs. The only bad part of going to this practice is the tiny parking lot, but we deal with it because they are great with our children.

The dentist I had before Dr Dave was simply in it for the money - to replace every filling and do everything she could think of to squeeze another procedure out of me and my husband. So I am a skeptic for sure. But Dr Dave has turned me around. He listens, takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable - and he is really good at what he does, and FAST! I want to get out of that chair as quick as possible, and he is so good as well as being fast. He recently discovered a big problem in a cracked tooth I had - he referred me to a specialist. He could have done a crown himself and put the $$ in his pocket, but he said that he didn't believe that would be in my best interests. So he went that extra mile and I am very impressed! The entire office staff is wonderful, caring, and happy - great customer service. He also spent a lot of cash making his office safe because of COVID, from air purifiers in each room, to a state of the art air filtration system for the entire office suite that protects the air in his offices from the others in the building and sanitizes it. I Googled and I Yelped and I found the Dental Associates of Grand Junction. With nary a negative review, I gave them a call. It was Ashley who answered the phone and to whom I described my desire for a good teeth cleaning and also that odd pain and she knew exactly what I needed well before I did. We got a cleaning on the books for a month or so out, but Ashley insisted that if I had a bad tooth she could get me in in no time. Which she did. Two days later I was in the office and Dr Scott confirmed I had a cracked tooth (my first in my nearly 40 years) and if we got it taken care of I might be able to avoid a root canal...which, let me tell ya, was a great relief! A referral to an endodontist, confirmation of the crack and, an actually quite lovely, three hours in *the chair* (replete with panoramic views, bird feeders and myriad bird species) to take my tooth down, build a new one in the basement (that's amazing, amiright??), all while I had a chai and watched the birds and the landscape we all love of Grand Junction. So, thanks Ashley, Dr Scott & all of DAGJ, for taking me in, making me well, cleaning my teeth, being fun and pleasant, and offering an ornithological adventure, too :)

I now have splints and am going to be transitioning into a different set to help keep my jaw in alignment and now widen my jaw and get the upper and lower jaw to align. After that, I will be in braces. The staff has been wonderful. Dr. Hudson is very thorough and very knowledgeable in the field of TMJ and related disorders. I would recommend him. I have received quality care and compassion from the beginning. I have another year of visits ahead of me. The staff is always cheerful and the front desk personnel friendly and knowledgeable as well. They take the time to answer all my questions.
