This place is my go-to for jumbo drinks when I'm not trying to go to Real Fruit because of the value for what you pay. For example, my most recent visit, I ordered: Large jasmine milk tea with brown sugar jelly boba, less ice, 30% sugar, soy milk ~$8. There was no powderiness or artificial flavours AND i got this huge cup that quenched my thirst on this hot summer day. The staff are friendly and very quick. They have loyalty stamp cards. Fruiteao is located in the food court of the village by the grange, so it looks a bit dingey inside but all the food in the area are all great hidden gems.

By far the best value I've found for bubble tea...anywhere! Now of course that comes at a price. The tastes aren't amazing, nor are the tapioca pearls themselves. But again, for the price you pay you can't really complain. They've got a great selection of diverse options, and their large size is absolutely massive! And that too at the price that most other places charge for a small or medium. Will definitely be back to try other flavors.

Honey oolong milk tea daily special was cheap, but you get what you pay for. 70% sugar meant the honey taste was quite weak. Actually it wasn't sweet either - probably 100% would be better. The oolong taste was quite strong though

After having dinner at Manpuku, we were craving some boba and saw Fruiteao in the same food court! I was surprised at how cheap their daily specials were! We ended up getting a medium jasmine peach green tea with lychee jelly for around six dollars. It was refreshing and not too sweet. They had a ton of unique options on the menu that I'm looking forward to trying, like Ocean Breeze and some of their cheese top teas. Toppings were also only an extra 50 cents!

This is a new bubble tea place located inside Village By The Grange. Their prices are cheaper than most so it is frequented by OCAD students. You can create your own drinks. They use Sugarcane Fibre Straws so they are compostable. They have a good variety of drinks including ice crush, smoothies, fresh milk, slush/juices. There is no free WiFi but you can use the WiFi from McDonald's closeby. Since it is in a food court, you would use the shared seating areas.

I was venturing around Union Station for lunch and came across Harvest Clean eats!…read more First impression was that they had a lot of options on their menu that also accommodated various dietary restrictions - lots of vegan and vegetarian options were available. I was craving a warm bowl and their new Spicy Miso Salmon Bowl caught my eye. The price of the bowl was on the higher end (~$22 before tax/tip) but not surprised as we're in the downtown core. I will say .. the portions were very generous and all the ingredients were very fresh! I was pleasantly surprised and am satisfyingly full. They had a lot of different vegetable options mixed in and the rice was nice and warm, reflecting the freshness once again. There were a lot of other items on the menu that I was interested in so I would be keen to return, especially for their smoothies. The ladies at the cash were very quick and helpful when I had some questions about my order. I got my bowl pretty quickly (~11:30 am) but can imagine this place gets busy. Luckily they do let you order in advance so may take advantage of that next time.

There are nine locations in the east coast. I ordered the Carrot Cake ($3.00). It was delicious! Even my son loved it. All their smoothies are vegan-friendly, made with coconut milk. There are no added sweeteners or sugars; they use juice from real fruits (banana or date extract) as sweeteners. Smoothies cannot be changed to take out the sweeteners. I also ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie ($9.95). It is the only smoothie where you can choose to have yogurt instead of coconut milk. Of course I had to try the yogurt version, making it thicker. It was quite good. Even though it says banana in the name, you won't taste the banana because it was only used as a sweetener. All their food are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. If it isn't listed as vegan or gluten-free free, just ask them and they can make it as desired. All products are made on-site using fresh, never-frozen ingredients. There is a large kitchen in the back. Their matcha drinks are very popular, selling about 70% of all their drink orders! They have some nice touches. Their napkins are of such a good quality that it is similar to a cloth towel in thickness. But there are no garbage bins since most people order for takeout; just give you garbage to the staff. There are 4 small tables with 8 chairs total. There is lively music playing in the background. There is free WiFi from Union Station. The cafe is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms at Union Station. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and paid parking lots. Review 2025-136
