I approached her about how her taking on too many tasks with a neighborhood HOA and then running for a government position in Villa Rica have impacted her ability to give good customer service to her photography industry like in previous years and she was extremely rude and has posted on social media about me calling her out. She is an extremely talented photographer. However, she has taken on too much and when I approached her about this, she was completely disgusting and gross and tried to place blame back on me because I asked for proof of sets that she had previously in many years past provided for the session I was about to pay $225 for. It wasn't until after I had called her out on not providing set choices like in previous years, that she decided to post the sets on social media after I had already requested a refund because I didn't want to spend money on a session that I didn't have enough time to prepare for outfit wise for me and my child. I made it clear via email that I was simply choosing to not move forward with her photography services this year, because she could not provide what she had in years past. She told me she was disappointed in my choice, and she was extremely rude in her email back to me, and as someone who has been a regular customer for the past 11 1/2 years, I am disgusted by the way she has chosen to pursue her efforts on social media and the like. My suggestion for photography, would be to choose someone else who will get your photographs back to you in a timely manner for the price point that she charges.

We have since had her photograph our family for my son's first birthday and some fun Christmas pictures. The studio is located in a quaint little house and has a couple of nice rooms for taking photos. From the very beginning, Samantha was very professional and on top of things. She emailed frequently to confirm our reservation and make sure we were ready for the photoshoot. When we arrived to take photos, we gave her some thoughts on what kind of styles we like and she took it from their. She went from set to set taking dozens of pictures of baby. She had tons of outfits and bows to choose from, and had great ideas on what kinds of photos to take. It was really nice not having to worry about choosing the scenes like we did with our first child. Samantha made the whole process as stress free as possible and was really patient with our baby and with us! There was a whole upstairs as well for our other child to play in with tons of toys. Samantha spent at least a couple of hours taking photos of our baby and went above and beyond to get some great shots. I am pretty picky when it comes to photos but when I saw the final edits, I was really impressed and opted to buy the whole gallery. There wasn't a single photo I didn't like. She captured every little detail, and framed each image perfectly. The other thing that is great about Sugarfoot is that the pricing isn't quite as steep as some of the other photographers around which makes for a great value to get photos done here. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would do it again in a heart beat!
