To…read moresay the least, the event was a result of poor professionalism and lack of concern for their clients. The bride was brought to tears when she witnessed everything that was paid for was not brought to life as designated in their wedding contract. This company is definitely operating a scam, and should not be in any business regarding promotions of once in a lifetime events. First, the food was not cooked thoroughly which resulted in last minute adjustments being made to accommodate approximately 125 guests. The management's quick fix was purchasing food selections from a fast food company (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and providing it to the guests as an acceptable accommodation. This was by far the first time I have ever encountered such a dysfunctional venue. Second, the guest were denied water for an outside event, and were told that they must continue to wait outside before they could enjoy appetizers while waiting on the wedding party to complete post wedding pictures. Needless to say, the appetizers were not available when we arrived, and the staff had to make additional accommodations by running to get ice because they lacked to prepare accordingly. This was an epic fail, and the management at the event center was very disrespectful towards the wedding guests by denying access to sit down, and failing to provide negotiated accommodations due to the outside climate. Third, it was discussed among the bride and groom that the outside chairs would correspond with the color schemes of the wedding. The staff at the event center was contracted to paint the chairs prior to guest arrival with reasonable time to dry. There was a negligence standard to coat the chairs after they were spray painted, which resulted in several severe wardrobe malfunctions to members of the wedding party and guests. Overall, this was a huge tragedy for the family and friends of the newlyweds. The bride and grooms wedding day was ruined - due to the inattention of their needs by the management and staff at Town & Country Event Center in Fairburn, GA. I would not recommend anyone trust the lies and deceit brought forward in contract negotiations with this company, and cannot endorse any act of legitimacy of their intent to make things right by their clients. In addition, I have reviewed several other miscellaneous acts of mischief and poor ethical standards of this establishment.

August 2015 we had an event here it was to be catered with 2 meats and 6 sides for 65 people…read more The hall was nice but we were very DISAPPOINTED with the food and the level of professional service from the staff ,The Mac n cheese was box from Kraft the Chicken had no meat the potatoes salad was brought ( not homemade ) canned peas after we requested rice n peas NOT AND . The second meat Fried Fish was OK but it was not given until most of the guest were served. There was no water and the staff was taking food to go . One of the guest saw fish being hidden in a closet. We ran out of plates I ran to the store for extra items . One of the staff assured us the cooking will be good as we all reside out of town Never Again will we use this event center !!!!!!!! It was to be a dressy casual event and the staff wore jeans and bandanas.
