I first encountered Lucky Star by chance. After wearily walking home from a rugby match I was on the look-out for anywhere to get something to eat. I was attracted by the lively sign on the front and ordered fried chicken balls with chilli sauce. I devoured them not only through hunger but also because they tasted great. Further, I didn't experience that lethargic and cloy feeling you get in your guts after eating some greasy takeaway food.
