People were living there that shouldn't have been and not on list, which I brought to management's attention and nothing ever done. These people did nothing, but collect a check and allow my home to be trashed. One of the brokers even made me sign release form before she gave me my security deposit. They also tried charging me for the enormous amounts of trash left in front, back yard and in home and storage shed! Their price was actually about half of one of the estimates I got. I had used them several years before and knew that they did quality work. Their crew; JR, Cam and Justin did a great job of removing the old fence, vines, debris, etc and were very careful not to damage or leave anything on my neighbors side of the fence. Justin was the main man in putting up the new fence. I was very impressed at how careful he was in leveling the ground, selecting which picket boards went where, making sure they were tight and straight and plumb. Great attitude and workmanship from all who participated. Everything was cleaned up and finished when they left. I will use them to replace more fencing soon.

They were able to clean one side of the glass, and order a replacement (too badly pitted) for the other side. They then resealed the whole glass door insert. The only reason I didn't give them five stars, is partially due to my own fault. When I picked up the repaired door insert, I didn't review the work properly (I was behind schedule and in a hurry). When I got home and started to reinstall the insert into the door, I noticed what appeared to be dirt between the two pieces of sealed glass. It turned out to be a small piece of paint, that had flecked off the insert or something else (?). When I returned to the store a couple of days later, the person who repaired my door glass insert REFUSED to take the piece apart stating: I don't know if that piece of paint flecked off while it was in my shop, or if it happened as you were transporting it to your house. Now - instead of admiring the decorative glass door insert, all I see when I use that door is the little piece of paint stuck between the two panes of glass.

He arrived absolutely on time, and with the parts needed to make the repair (per our earlier discussion). He jumped right in, with appropriate tools and parts on hand. He completely disassembled the door spring rod, replaced both springs, re-assembled and mounted the spring rod, properly adjusted the door travel settings in just under an hours time. He also re-adjusted the safety sensors to their proper settings. In a nutshell, he is an absolute expert for complex garage door issues, and doesn't spend time messing around - he got the job done efficiently and correctly!!!!!
