(https://www.google.com/maps/@36.2612198,-82.7859837,86m/data=!3m1!1e3?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDQwMi4xIKXMDSoJLDEwMjExNDU1SAFQAw%3D%3D ) The porches are rotund and falling down, there is 4 feet high by 20 foot diameter pile of household garbage in back yard, see the attached recent picture that is blowing around into neighbors yards, His fence has fallen on he driveway preventing tenant from using it. The driveway is in such disrepair the tenant can no not drive up the driveway with her car bottoming out causing her to spin her tires and make such a racket at 6 AM when she comes in from work or goes out to work at 10 PM , This is so loud it wakes me out of a deep sleep and the 88 year old woman across the street. The grass in the yard is over 2 feet tall. He has stormed into the Code Enforcement Office yelling at the officers because he was sent citation for his property. A neighbor and myself were mowing the lawn at no cost to him but, he threatened us and told me to move back to NY. The county held a hearing on his property and voted to send in a contractor at Tim's expense at which they estimate over $8000, This property is about to be condemned because Tim nor the tenant will grant the Code Enforcement Officer access to inspect the inside. This is not a good image for Century 21, Tim owns a number of properties with other issues according to some of his tenants. He collects the rent and tells the tenant he is just the property management and can not make an repairs. At one point within the last year Tim told his tenant the owner had passed away and as the property management he was collecting the rent for the estate. This is a very bad reflection on C21. He calls me from unknown numbers and threatens my life, but I recognize his voice. The police are on notice to this. I am sure you don't want to do anything with a company that has a person like this working for them. The management of this C21 office and he Cooperate head quarters do not want to change this issue. The Tennessee Real Estate Commissioner's Office in Nashville, Tn will NOT take this too kindly. A copy of this complaint has been sent to the corporate offices and they refuse to take action against this agent. Next step is a copy of this complaint will be forwarded to the Tennessee Real Estate Licensing Commissioner's office which may result in the revoking of both the agent's and Broker's licenses. Stay away from this business, you may very well be left in a bad position with the broker and agent loosing their licenses and you loose some or all of your hard earned money..
