Their rental agreement says that they don't cover any damage to property. Go figure. The staff was knowledgable and courtious. My units were ready when the movers arrived from Ohio and promptly placed in the warehouse after being packed. When it was time to have my units delivered to my new home, it was easy to arrange and the units were delivered exactly when I expected them. Nothing was damaged.
