Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location

The staff was knowledgable and courtious. My units were ready when the movers arrived from Ohio and promptly placed in the warehouse after being packed. They were fully aware of the damage and did not bother to let us know. After I noticed the damage and reported it to the company, the owner declined to be aware of the damage (He was there). But after explaining this was all on our security camera, he explained they were not certain if they did the damage. After requesting they pay for the repairs, the owner sent someone out to look at the damage. I have not received a phone call back since then.
