I went to the store to purchase a new mattress and ended up with a recliner as well. But while at the store, I asked about lumbar support in their recliners and realized my old recliner likely contributed to my back pain. Both items had to be ordered but they were worth the wait. I am super happy with the Sealy mattress and Flexsteel recliner I purchased. Although the recliner was more expensive than I wanted, I knew the quality and durability would be worth it in the long run. Steve is knowledgable about the products and was key in my decision to purchase them. And I really enjoyed the installation team. The young gentleman was super friendly, helpful, funny and kind. I enjoyed the conversation while he was setting up my recliner. The overall experience was worth writing a review about; normally I would not take the time to do so!
