The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. I've only been to one of the CTC's productions, but it was mind-numbingly boring…read more I'd-rather-be-watching-paint-dry boring. Slowly-slitting-my-wrists-with-the-program-just-to-have-something-else-to-do boring. This is surprising, considering the fact that several of the actors (Kenneth Robert Marlo, Brian Dowd, Cheryl Braziatis, Paul Grote) were incredibly good, and I'm glad that I was able to see their performances. The rest of the cast was insufferable, however, as was the direction. And they had the gall to charge $30 for two tickets! I'll definitely go back to Theatre in the Round--a great space--and I'll be the first in line to see these actors in any other play. But sit through another CTC production, or anything else by director John Tartaglino? Not bloody likely.
