This location continues to get better. The burgers are cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and the location can host a lot of guests. The overall feel Of the location is nice and when I bring an out of town guest this is a great place to get a good burger. The seating could use a good cleaning especially in the booths. Well I can tell you that quality and customers service is clearly out the door. This restaurant was a favorite for me and my kids. On this dinning experience I was perplexed by service. Lately there is this attitude of low service performance on either customer service or work. In this particular incident a cheese burger was ordered well done. Well that went out the door because upon arrival it was not. Now the attitude of the person serving the food is the reason for this review. Clearly annoyed at the fact that the food was returned and needed to be corrected. Not one ounce of concern or accepting the mistake but rather clearly annoyed. I returned about 15 minutes later and the food was not ready, I returned a second time and then it arrived, however when it finally arrived it was not a cheeseburger but rather a burger and I had to correct the order again. Once again the attitude and simple attention to detail was not there. I am supportive of hiring people however lacking proper customer service contact is not acceptable. Our food was t good at all, we took a couple of bites and decided to throw our meals away. I ordered the half pound hangover burger combo and my bacon was overcooked, my egg was kinda runny and my burger didn't look like a 1/2 pounder. And the bun was huge, it overtook the burger and all I tasted was bread. They were skimpy on the fries and they seemed old. My wife had the turkey burger and she said that hers didn't taste fresh and it was very salty. She also had a problem with the size of the bun being much larger than the burger. My plus 1 ordered a 1/3 burger with no cheese and added bacon along with regular fries and I ordered a 1/2 pound elk burger cooked medium with sweet potato fries (up charge) food was cooked exactly how I ordered and fries were very crispy and tasted good. Service was speedy and one of the head managers were the ones taking orders and helping with the pickup of the food. He was very nice and knew exactly what to ask for our food. Not sure what all the neg reviews are but the only complaint that I could have is that the patty was alil under seasoned. I'd prefer it that way then over salted anyway. Had the 1/2 pound burger cooked MEDIUM (not medium well which is what one of negative reviews looked like) It was perfectly cooked and you're able to add all the toppings you'd like which they have a variety of fresh veggies & pickled products to enjoy. I got in late into town and was staying at the nearby doubletree. On a Sunday night, it was tough finding anything open. Thankfully fuddruckers was open and had the kitchen going. The buffalo burger was lean and delicious. I opted for sweet potato fries and they were a bit greasy but still tasty. It was our first time visiting, and sad to say we were disappointed. We spent $47.00 for two burgers, fries, onion rings, and one drink. The Kobe beef burger was good, but the buffalo burger was absolutely flavorless. Adding the toppings definitely helped the taste. The food was just okay, and definitely not worth the price. We added bacon as an extra on the burgers, which was $1.69 each, and got one slice of bacon broken in half. That was the most ridiculous thing I've seen for an added charge for bacon. And while sitting there looking around we noticed the layer of dust on the ceiling that looks like it's been there for a long time. It could stand a fresh cleaning for sure. Always good memories while I come here . Today I came alone to enjoy a Birthday promotional BOGO Burger, when the cashier could not find the promotion the assistant manager (Jorge) got involved, and after a while trying to find the promotion he comp'd my meal. I was ready to pay for the meal but this simple gesture of exceptional customer service, had positive repercussions. Here is my analysis: The restaurant is well kept. The meals are cooked to order, and the food stations are very clean. I totally recommend this restaurant as a family environment. The decoration is interesting and entertaining. The lighting inside the restaurant is perfectly balanced. Bathrooms are clean and well supplied. There is an employee promptly picking up trays and glasses from tables "after" the customer gets up, which in itself is something that many larger restaurants do not get. Here is a little inside, in Germany -for instance- the restaurants do not remove the plates from your table, nor do they bring you the bill until you are done and request the cleanup, and even then the bill does not come immediately after the plates are picked up, doing so to a European makes the person feels like the restaurant is kicking them out to seat someone in their table. Overall, kudos to this Fuddruckers team, you made my birthday pleasant and tasty. read more

I like this Fuddruckers, the decor in here is fresh and fun! The pictures on the wall of sports gear and famous musicians is cool. It's very clean and you can always find a good spot to sit at with all the different tables and rooms. We ordered the Market Toss salad with grilled chicken and the 1/2 pound burger. Both were cooked perfectly. The chicken had excellent flavor and the bacon and almonds were tasty. The burger was juicy and the house made bun was perfect. I like all the toppings laid out, and all were in neat order and super fresh. The onion rings were really good, the fries/wedges weren't that great--too plain. For dessert we had a vanilla shake that was amazing, a great taste of vanilla and lots of whipped cream, even a cherry on top. We also had the oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies, which were good, but a little too overcooked to me. They would be better softer. Consistent from location to location. I had not been to a Fuddruckers in years. But it was like I ever missed a week. The selection of fixing may have been a little light based on what I remember but they were greasy and the line did not back up that much. It was an affordable lunch for two and that is a big plus. The staff was friendly and made suggestions to save a little cash. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall great except for the woman who had her little dog in the restaurant. The food was good.... The issue came from the fact that I paid $15 for a buffalo burger and it was actually beef.... The cashier told me it was actual buffalo, then when I attempted to confirm the confusion with the line manager I barely got a mumble from him... You honestly can not go wrong with coming here to Fuddruckers. Their burgers are nice and juicy, just so delicious and worth biting into it. Everytime I'm in the mood for a burger I just come here and enjoy a 1/2 pound burger with fries & drink and it fills me up. Love that you can pick your sauces or toppings and add as much as you want. I think it's genius because there are some burger restaurants that give you little bit of lettuce or alittle bit of ketchup on your burger. All three times I've been to this location I've left with an undercooked patty that leads to a pretty horrible experience once turning into a hospital visit, I'd steer clear of this restaurant until they get their act together. Unfortunately, we will not be back again. I got a "Beast" chicken sandwich- the chicken was chewy and rubbery, the "caramelized" onions were super hard. I also got a side of onion rings which were hard inside and extremely greasy. My husband ordered a burger and as he was eating it he realized it started tasting weird and when he looked it was RAW. When he went to complain to the manager she answered "medium well is supposed to be a little pink." To which another customer nearby had to chime in and say "Oh no, that's raw!" And they took the burger back. At that point my husband did not want another and asked for a refund. Very poor customer service. The bathrooms are also dirty, wet floors and the men's didn't even have soap. This place needs a complete revamping. read more

On Friday 9/24/2021 At around 10pm Britney the manager was directed by another manager to open a register. She then disrespected the other manager by saying "I'm not "F"@&$king getting on a register" and then walked away. The other manager was very professional about the matter and held his composure. Looks like closing time and there were other customers waiting in line. Brittney with a negative attitude started to speak out loud in front of me and other customers using profanity like the F word. She used the F word about 3 time while finally hoping on the register and took my order. I almost walk away for her poor conduct and her unprofessionalism. I wasn't greeted by her and then rushed my order saying "come on" "come on" resulting in me not getting what I wanted. The perception I got from her was that I was not important to her. The other manager not sure if his name is Geo doesn't deserved to be disrespected by her in front of customers like my self. Brittney needs to be retrained or let go. Don't mind my fiance acting a'fool in that beer picture lol definitely a decent burger when you want to get away from the fast food burgers. Love that they have the toppings bar where I can basically make myself a loaded burger if I wanted at no extra cost. Love the steak fries and they do give you A LOT of them. Goes perfectly if you mix a little bit of hot sauce with ranch OR some cheese sauce (as dipping sauces)! They took our order and we found our seat afterwards. It's your typical ambience for a Fuddruckers. Our food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. My mom and I both ordered burgers with fries. I was so disappointed! My cheeseburger was so dry and flavorless. I added lettuce, tomato and mayo and it didn't help. My first impression of people loading their burgers almost took me out. I went on and ordered a 1lb burger not knowing how big the patty was. They hand you the patty and the bun and it's your responsibility to do the rest. Well..well..well.. As a longtime lover of everything that a burger or sandwich entails I overindulged. No regulation or shame at all. You could put as much lettuce, onion, pickles etc as your heart desired and I was gonna go for the American dream. This is certainly my favourite local burger joint as it continues to satisfy my needs in order for me to return; service, location, comfort, and most importantly... the food. Consistent quality makes it both my fall back, and my go to. Currently I'm obsessed with the bourbon burger (med rare),and sweet potato fries along with a Stella lager. I find this particular Fuddruckers to be a place that never disappoints me, in the countless times I've stayed in Doral. Something I'm hard pressed to say with many of my former favourites that simply deteriorate with time, for whatever reason.
