Very first time eating here and I must say they have awesome burgers and I like how you fix your own. I also like their wedge fries

The four of us had lunch here today. For Christmas Eve and the mall being packed, I thought this place would be packed as well, but it wasn't. We ordered four burgers. They were cooked to perfection. Buffalo burgers used to be great. Now they taste like they've been soaked in hamburger grease. Crowded and tables are wobbly. Never enough busters to keep them clean. read more

I'm giving four stars because of my husbands hamburger he order :) I should have know better I ordered Fish & Chips not a good idea from a hamburger place. The fish had a strong smell & tasted awful. but my husband's cheeseburger was awesome. Love the fact you add all your sides yourself wonderful selection. Well. Where do I start, The shakes aren't available and haven't been for a while due to 'no one available to work' My hamburger was 'soggy' at best. They have gone so downhill it is ridiculous. I was on an out of town trip to visit my nephew and had not been to a Fuddruckers for years. The food was cooked to order, the veggie line was fresh and crisp, the restaurant and the restrooms were very clean. There was a large crowd as it was Father's Day and not enough staff but from what I hear that is a huge problem in Midland these days. I had the Swiss Cheese Burger and it melted in my mouth. It was so very tasty. I inadvertently left my phone there and called from the road. The took my address and said they would mail it. However, by the time Wednesday rolled around I had not received it and sent an email to my brother to contact them. The manager took the reins and is having it overnighted to me. Please know that I do not consider this as a fault in the management or staff of Fuddruckers because it is not their place to keep track of my phone. However, I do believe that if you tell someone you're going to do something you do it and don't just leave it for someone else to handle. This was the only hiccup in my visit and I will definitely visit again the next time I am in town! read more

The food at this location in the mall in Midland was absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked to order perfectly, the cookie was baked to a soft, gooey perfection, and the shake was served timely, frosty, and the employee even brought out the extra left over from the mix. The only thing that you may watch out for is "The World's Greatest Offer". Just remember that it DOES NOT come with a drink or cheese... those are extra. All in all, this Fuddrucker's was very good and I will return. read more

Save yourself the aggravation and go to another burger joint or make the drive to the Odessa Fuddruckers! To start with, it has always been one of the nastiest Fuddruckers in the chain. We have lived in Midland for about 15 years. About once a year we decide to give the Midland Fuddruckers a try to see if anything has changed. I will admit they are consistent, consistently bad. Tonight topped them all. I ordered online and arrived about a minute early. I walked in the door and there were about 5 customers in the entire restaurant. There was a young lady at cashier, a lady in her 40's loading the food on the trays/inside carry out containers, a young man cooking burgers and a man in his late 40's cooking onions rings and fry's. There was not any food being cooked, the cashier was busy reading something, the prep lady and side order cook were arguing and the young cook was standing around. I went to the cashier and stood about 3' in front of her, both of us facing each other and she was too busy reading to even greet me. Finally I said, excuse me, do you have an online order for SW. She looked through the computer and acknowledged there was and, to go over to the pick-up window and it was there. I walk over to the pick up window and there was an order in a sack. The lady, too busy arguing with the fry cook, wouldn't even talk to me. I finally said excuse me, is this order for SW. She glares at me for a second then turns back to argue with the fry cook. I said, excuse me, is this an order for SW. She sighed at me and said NO, its for Jenna, then turned back to argue with the fry cook. I said excuse me, do you have an order for SW? Not even turning around this time, I went to the cashier and asked "can you or someone help me here, this lady over there won't even acknowledge me". I walk back over where they begin speaking in Spanish about the order. They start removing food from a bag marked Jenna and open the containers. They re-bagged two of the items and handed it to me. I removed the two items and one was a kids hot dog meal and it was correct. The other was a 1/3 pound burger with fries. I said "this burger should be a 1/2 pound with cheese medium-rare". The burger was on the well side of well, very dry. I said, "you are missing a 2/3rd burger medium-rare with wedge fries too and 3 orders of onions rings". Now the young cook gets involved and is obviously angry but everyone was speaking in Spanish and I couldn't tell what the main problem was other than the whole order is fouled up and they don't have a clue who is on 1st base. The young cook finally slaps two more patties on the grill which were obviously too small. I repeated to the cashier, "one of those should be a 1/2 pound and the other a 2/3rds pound and both medium rare". In Spanish they say something and the young cook throws the refrigerator door open, grabs two more patties and throws them at the grill and is really mad now. Finally, after waiting for another entire meal to be made, the kids meal was cold and soggy. Once I received the burgers, there were no onion rings because they forgot to drop onion rings. That is because the tray loading lady was too busy arguing with the fry cook. To boot, every time the tray loading lady would start talking, she would pull down her mask and spew spit all over the make ready area of the fries as she yelled at the fry cook in the corner. If she has COVID, I probably will now. They finally finished the onion rings as the burgers got cold. I then had to remind them about my drinks. They handed me a drink cup and I ask for the milk for the kids meal. The cashier said, "we don't have milk". I reminded her that the online menu claims they have milk, they sold me milk but, have no milk? At this point I am so frustrated for even giving this joke of a Fuddruckers my annual check in, I just left. This place needs to close their doors, it is a train wreck. Where is the Manager? Surely it wasn't any of the incompetent folks behind the counter? Where is the owner? When he answers his bad reviews on Yelp he claims to be surprised at the comments but, look at all of the bad comments! This is a top down problem at this Fuddruckers, and the owner is the problem. He simply is not engaged in the business. What a travesty for the Fuddruckers name! If you need a Fuddruckers hamburger, make the trip to Odessa. Our business is over there and we frequent that one and they are typically on spot. That is so confusing to me, how can these two Fuddruckers be so different? Someone please answer me this? The Fuddruckers corporate office should seriously investigate the Fuddruckers Midland and think about pulling their franchise license, its hurting the Fuddruckers name. Don't just look at this review, look all of the reviews before this one. They clearly have a long running problem and the owner always seems surprised. Its time for the owner to sell, he only has excuses! read more

I just walked into the newly renovated Fuddruckers and am severely let down. The look and feel take me back to my high school cafeteria. They gutted the place and all character with it. While in line I get the pleasure of constantly being pushed aside so the staff can bound back and forth from the kitchen. They really mixed things up on the menu by adding skinny fries! We went on a Saturday for lunch (on my birthday)and it was awful. It was right after lunch so I understand that there would be messy uncleaned tables. We waited in line for over 10 minutes, when they weren't that busy. The condiments bar was a mess. When we finally got our food both of our burgers were overcooked and cold. I don't understand how you could wait 15 minutes for your food that is supposed to be cooked to order and it not come out hot. My "fresh off of the grill" jalapeños were even cold. My husband ordered chili cheese fries and the grease was outing out on the table. I moved the fries and there was literally standing grease in the basket. Our greasy fries were warm but pretty much inedible from the grease. I used to work at a burger joint so I understand slip ups here and there, but when every aspect of your experience is wretched there is something wrong with the place. The atmosphere was loud and the restaurant itself was dingy. We will not be returning nor we will be wasting our money here again. I was extremely disappointed. read more

We had a horrible experience here today. My boyfriend is in law enforcement and asked for his discount. We received nothing but sass from the manager. She ripped his wallet out of his hands to look at his ID and money fell everywhere. All she said was "it's just a dollar. Didn't want you to think I was robbing you or anything". Then our burgers were extremely over done and they got our shake order wrong. We will think twice about coming here again. read more

I am very impressed with how respectful their staff was during my visit. The food was great, burger patty was not burnt like most places make it when you ask for it to be well done, & the toppings were also fresh. We will definitely eat there more often. read more

ok, so this restaurant is part of the midland mall. you stand in a line and order and pay for your burger and when the burger is ready they call out your name to pick it up. the burgers here are ok.... i was disappointed in the service i had ordered a shake (when u order a shake they give u a number and when your shake is ready they come to your table and bring you ur shake.) and it had already been 20 minutes since i've ordered and i was half way down eating my meal. when someone came up to my table and asked if we had received our shake yet. i replied no... and i figured he was going to bring me my shake. well he looked at the table across from us who had the number 20 (i had number 11). he brought them their shake and they came waay after us. i finally said something to the manager who was great and made sure we had our shake before we walked out the door. but seriously why come and ask if we got our shake if they were going to serve someone who had came after us... i don't get it! so yeah we will not be back again! read more
