The man doing the engraving was hilarious and so helpful. The woman (ponytail and glasses) who was taking care of customers including myself couldn't have been more helpful. I wish I'd gotten their names... This is a great place and perfect for gifts any time of the year!

There was a bunch of staff working and we were immediately approached by one of their employees. He was trying to be helpful, but he did not have the people skills needed for sales. We had to ask several times on the engraving process once we found the items we wanted. He just did not explain things clearly. They have great keepsake items that can be personalized which is a bit pricey, but people seem to like the gift items. I think I will just go to another Things Remembered next time though.

They have a lot of sexy things, neon hair dyes and great things for Gothic people, but also things for prissy princesses, and pink girls like my Barbie. So overall I think it's a really cool place. I like it and so does she. If it was a little cheaper and had sales a little more often on more items, we would even give it five stars. Employees here are pretty cool though. We like that about it.

I came to pick up an online order and was literally the only one in the store. The two sales associates (one African American girl and I believe a Hispanic girl) looked me dead in the face and said not a single word! If you don't like your job don't work there ... simple. I walked up to the counter and not once did either ask if I needed to be helped or if I was looking for anything. Common sense and customer service skills is clearly not present here.

I've had my luggage set for over 5 years and I use it regularly. So even though Marshalls sells things at a discount, that doesn't mean it's not good quality. I've gotten things like notebooks, coffee syrups, home decor, and other gifts from here throughout the years and I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased. I don't really venture to the clothing items often because I don't feel like rummaging through the clothing racks. I have on occasion searched for clothes for my toddler though. They aren't disorganized, I just don't like clothes shopping. I suppose you could find help if you need it, but there aren't typically employees chomping at the bit to assist people. To be fair, I've never really needed help with anything because I'm usually just there to look around and see what I can find... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I like getting snacks and coffee syrups from here because they sometimes have unique flavors and options I've never seen before. If you come looking for something specific, it's a hit or miss since they have the items that stores didn't sell or had overstock of. Still always worth checking out.

They ALWAYS have some available, and for that, we give thanks lol. Something else to love about Cato is that the store is divided into two sides. 1. Plus size 2. Not plus size (What do you call that, regular? I don't know... I don't shop over there lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) The beauty is that it doesn't matter which side you shop on. A lot, dare I say MOST, of the clothes are the same. My sister and I head to opposite sides of the store and we sometimes end up with the same item. As a plus size woman, I really appreciate that. Does it mean that the green ruffled skirt we both tried on last December looked so cute on her while I was giving Christmas tree vibes? Sure does... but if I wanted to rock the Christmas tree look, I had the option and THAT'S what matters. Another thing I love about Cato is that they organize things by color. If you need a pink shirt or dress, and I ALWAYS need a pink shirt or dress, you just walk over to your clothing size side and find the pink section. The only exception to this is clearance. Those items are together no matter the color. They have fair prices and I always seem to find something marked WAY down on the clearance rack that I don't know why someone hasn't already snatched up. They must've been holding it just for me! You can also find shoes and accessories too. It's really a one stop shop and I don't know how the people that work there have any money left to take home because if I worked there, I would just be giving my money right back in exchange for all the clothes! One last thing I appreciate is that I can usually always find a shirt with words on it that reference Jesus. Like my shirt with a guitar that says "Raise a Hallelujah!" Jesus is my jam and if that were on a shirt, I'd buy it!

The Shop does embroidery, design work and logos for local businesses, local schools and sports…read moreteams. I learned about it from locals in the area who rave about their products and services. I tried them out for some promotional embroidered shirts for my company and they delivered. They helped guide me through logo design with some great ideas since I did not know exactly what I wanted. The finished shirts were fantastic looking with my improved logo that they suggested. My customers have really appreciated the shirts and have commented about the high quality of the embroidery work. I could not be happier with results. Amanda and Julie who may be the owners were a pleasure to work with.
