The fish is big but not greasy, and they use very high quality fish. You can get Mac n'cheese, slaw, or fries on the side. We went back and asked the guy if we could try again because she didn't like the flavor and he says "no, sorry" and he was serious! We were one of the last customers, I can't imagine how expensive it would be to give another cup of shaved ice when it's probably all going to waste anyways. We ended up throwing away the $3 kiddie ice. I was disappointed with the customer service. I spent my money on ice cream elsewhere.
